The patties had that flaky, buttery crust you hope for, the veggie patties were packed with flavor and a nice blend of vegetables. The pineapple drink was the perfect sweet, tropical finish and cold. Food was good. The jerk chicken taco had a weird taste at first. It was sweet and then I noticed that there were plantains in the taco. That made sense and made it amazing. The stew chicken taco was good. The meat is plentiful. The chickenpatty was just ok. I would have preferred the beef, but they were out so those must have been good. The service and the customer service amazing. The staff and owner were so welcoming. We will definitely return for the beef patties and the bao. read more

This is a food truck located in Lake Nona in the Lowe's parking lot. You order from the QR Code and the food is brought out to you. The service was nice as the workers were kind. I had the beef patty which was very good. I enjoyed it more than the bigger chain restaurants in the area. I also tried the Bao Buns in every option. My favorite one was the curry chicken which surprised me because usually oxtail anything is my favorite. The oxtail meat was very sweet. A bit too sweet for me and was my least favorite. My mom and grandma called saying they got me food from a food truck while they were put grocery shopping. Ironically my sister saw something about them recently on social media. My mom got me their oxtail bao bun! The bun was so soft and it had oxtail, cabbage and sweet plantain. Such a great combination! Their beef patty was nice and flaky and full of flavor and meat. I tried my sister's curry goat! Rice and peas was cooked perfect and the curry goat was really good. I would of just like extra sauce to it but that is just my preference. So I was craving Oxtails and I was yelping through nearby the job and this food truck popped up. This is parked in the LOWES parking lot around lake nona. I was reading that the chicken stew and oxtails gravy is "sweet" - But I wanted to test it and see how good the gravy is and how tender the meat was. Pulled up in front of the truck and and lady was asking how can she help - I asked her how many oxtails do we get for $25 plate. She stated 4-5 oxtails but didn't say the sizes. Those can be the small ends of the tails etc. I asked her can I taste the meat and gravy before buying and she stated that the gravy is sweet and not savory. She gave me a small piece of an oxtail. As soon as I tasted the gravy then the meat I was not happy on how sweet the gravy was. All I tasted was sweet! I told her the meat was tender (not fall off bone) but the gravy is just too sweet for my liking. She understood. read more

I started with the beef patty, and it was everything you want in a patty; buttery, flaky, and full of rich beefy goodness. You can taste the quality in every bite. Next up was the Rassclatt Taco in the brown stew chicken flavor. This one really stood out, the chicken was tender and flavorful, the cabbage added the perfect crunch, and the sweet plantain with that sauce tied everything together beautifully. Every element complemented the next. Then I tried the Bumbaclaat Bao with curry chicken, and it was out of this world. The bao was soft, and the curry chicken filling was bursting with flavor. Amazing Food Truck, coming from Jamaican parentage, I was a little hesitant because all Jamaican food is NOT created equal. Located in the parking lot of Lowe's parking lot in Lake Nona, although hesitant, not disappointed. The young woman who took our order was pleasant, professional and explained the menu. I ordered the oxtail and she let me know right away it's not spicy, but sweet. Usually, Jamaicans cook their oxtail with scotch bonnet pepper so when I heard people's reviews complaining, it was a bit annoying as everyone does not cook them the same. I also got a side of pepper sauce, that was really good too. The oxtail was fantastic and the rice! Not everyone knows how to cook "rice and peas" but it definitely hit the spot. Hubs ordered the curry goat and that was delicious as well. I am definitely going back to order other items from their fusion menu. Flavorful food and a convenient location. I've only tried the Jerk Chicken Patties so far. They came steaming hot and packed nicely each in a small paper bag for $4 each. They were a little drier than I was expecting but still very delicious. I had hoped they would have jerk chicken wings, but unfortunately, the patties were the only jerk chicken on the menu.
