The product is great. My favorite part about working with them, is the emphasis of 'perfect' and 'amazing' when discussing the time they will take to ensure the quality of their product. I did have some struggles with the process. I wanted a fire pit put in over the existing fire pit hole (I bought the house and the existing fire pit was ground level) and was told the dimensions of their proposed build and, it simply did not make sense. I tried to clarify with dimensions I thought did make sense, was told I was incorrect (politely). After quite a few emails, I was correct. The problem then came at installation, my correct measurements were not passed along. Now, human error happens. How people handle it should tell you if you want to do business together or not. Upon showing the massive email chain of me trying to explain it wasn't making sense, I was told this will be corrected, and done the right way, at no additional cost to me. I went from a fire pit 'kit' to a custom fire pit needing over 75 cuts to fit the dimensions of my existing hole. They executed on their word, and the product is flawless. Without a doubt, I recommend Paver Pros because of their follow through, that matters to me much more than an oversight anyone could truly make. read more

DO NOT USE THEM! Paver Pros for a project at my residence in October 2019 and paid them cash as they don't take credit cards. They never paid their supplier and now i have to pay for the materials (again) or have a lien against my house. I can't get a hold of anyone and they aren't returning my calls. I can only assume they are out of business. Update- they paid the supplier so I won't have the lien on my house, which is great! Unfortunate that we had to go through this. The service itself was great and the end result is very nice. My advice with this, and any contractor, get a release before you pay the final payment. read more

My experience with Paver Pros started well, but quickly turned into disappointment. The job at my house should have taken 5 days or less, but turned into a month and a half of frustrating back and forth. Communication from the "project manager", the install crew (different guys every day) and leadership from the company was very poor and was reflected in the quality of the final product. I came home on the day the job was supposed to be done, only to find a huge pile of dirt and debris in my driveway. The main part of the front yard job was to make the driveway wider and I couldn't even use the driveway because of the material left behind. Also, a stack of pallets and pavers were still in the street, and an overall sloppy front/back yard is what I was left with just before a holiday weekend. What went wrong: -I had to reiterate details of the install multiple times because they were done incorrectly -material was delivered 4 days early and was not collected on the day the job was "done" -drain covers were not installed which can be a hazard to small kids or pets -lunch trash and construction material was left behind by the demo and install crew (the homeowner should not have to do his own clean up, especially with the money being spent on the job) -Pavers in the front walkway were laid incorrectly, and had to be picked up and re-installed due to quality FOUR separate times! -3 sprinklers had to be moved only a few feet. Details of this were reviewed multiple times but still wasn't handled correctly. Pavers were laid down over the sprinklers so the crew came back to fix that. The sprinklers were finally moved but were done very poorly and had to be fixed again, and I'd give a C+ to how the sprinklers look now. I would have handled the sprinklers myself if I knew it was going to be such a problem. Also, they were not adjusted for spray direction so I had to contact my HOA and have their landscaper come out and make the adjustments. -The "project manager" spent very little time on-site, which explains why there were so many mistakes. And no final walk-thru was offered before I was asked for the final check. -I was referred to as the "guinea pig" for an inexperienced crew. And if the demo/install crew is new, I would think that's even more reason for leadership to supervise the job site. This was not the case. -Ownership came out to apologize and smooth things over, but "shit happens" is what I was told. At the end of the day, I'm happy with how the pavers look but I am not impressed whatsoever with the delivery of the job. My job was not the biggest, but is it unreasonable to think think it deserves the care and attention that big $ jobs get?? Some advice... be your own project manager! Don't count on someone else to get everything right, especially with a potential language barrier. I spent a lot of money on this job and had no idea it would be such a hassle. Needless to say, my referrals will be using someone else. read more

It took me months to find a paving company that actually "cared" about what I wanted done to my yard. The project manager, "Daniel" was above and beyond professional. At first my project was on a grande scale, and I ended up cutting it back quite considerably. Even though the project became smaller, the amount of professionalism, and enthusiasm for my "small project" remained the same. I had a hard time choosing a design, a stone, and a color. There are so many choices. Daniel was able to help me decide what he thought would work, and look best. He measured and remeasured the area. He is meticulous. I live in Moorpark and this company did an extensive patio and cover for my physical therapist. I called and left a voicemail on Saturday. By the end of Monday I had not had a return call so I called again and left another voicemail. By late afternoon Tuesday I had not had a response so I went to the showroom, which is very nice. Lignin was there and helped me and was pleasant. She was also apologetic about the lack of calls and scheduled an appointment for me on Wednesday late afternoon to discuss the scope and pricing for my patio project. Bonnie was supposed to meet with me and called earlier Wed to say he could not make the appointment. He asked if I could change the time to earlier, which I could not. He called me back to say he had worked things out and would be here at 5. Bonnie then called me at 5:10 to let me know he was stuck in Glendale and could not make it to meet with me today. I asked if he had time the following day as I wanted to make a decision by Friday. He said he could not meet with me before next week, but I am not willing to wait that long for another bid. I am not really sure about what is going on here but my late husband was a very successful general contractor for 30+ years and I know that this course of action is amateur at best. I am going with a different contractor who gave me a competitive price using identical materials and has been very responsive to my questions and concerns. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I am so disappointed with this company!! My family & I had called someone to come take a look at our backyard & give us a quote. The man who came was named Daniel, he was nice. After taking measurements & asking about our preferences, he said he would give us a call within 10 days to set up another meeting & give an estimate of the costs so we can work around with what we would like to do. That was not a problem because I know how busy summer time can be for backyard companies. It has now been 3 WEEKS & we have not received a single call or follow-up from him. Extremely unprofessional. The job included demolishing and hauling away our existing hardscape. The guys (and gal) at Paver Pros Moorpark are top-notch. I had a collapsed yard drain and had already received estimates for repair and "rough-in" concrete patch for the existing sidewalk. On a whim, I visited the Paver Pro store on Los Angeles Avenue in Moorpark to see about upgrading my project to pavers instead. Mignon and Daniel were outstanding in reviewing my options, so I set up an appointment to get an onsite estimate. On time and prepared, Daniel provided a fair estimate and explained fully the work to be completed. To my surprise, the cost estimate was a bit below rough concrete (which I didn't want because it was visible from front of house). I agreed to the project cost and set up 1-2 day job, depending on what they found after digging. The project manager and work crew showed up and completed the job on time and on budget. Met sales rep. on May 30, 2019. Started project June 20, 2019. Finished project Sept. 7, 2019. 12 weeks and 2 days later. Over 3 months to build a wall. Inexcusable. Everything started out fine. The men were hardworking. As time wore on, we had extensive collateral damage. One expects damaged, trampled plants on either side of the walls. It's the torn up roof on an exterior building, chunks taken out of our newly built posts, done by a back hoe, paint scraped off our wrought iron fence, because the cement man thought it would be a good idea to put the cement hose over the fence instead of on the ground and through the open gate. There were additional plants trampled to death because the masons didn't want to step over a few inches and walk on a path. The masons were so bad that the young project manager fired them before they finished, because the work was not up to his standards. He finished the walls. It took 3 months because they were not there half the time-put on other projects. Two posts were so bad, that the project manager re-did them himself. I photographed the posts that were off by at least an 1" (I suspended a board with a level between the posts) and sent it to the owner of the company and asked him how he was going to rectify the situation. I got no response. Here's the paradox- the sales manager and project manager were professionals with ethics. They worked harder than they should have, dealing with inept or just poor management and subcontractors who were just as bad, if not worse. I have photos of everything if Angie's List wants documentation of our personal fiasco. Oh, and I finally got my final invoice (completion certificate) on Sept. 24, 2019, after numerous phone calls to the company. read more
