I have been coming here since they opened, but the last few times has been awful. Last time the tech put gel on top of my sns without telling me and then charged me for it. Nails look like a child did them. My daughter went yesterday and here is the picture!! Looks like a 5 year old did them. I am finding a new place!!

1st time here. Love the prices!! Super clean and sterile. Thank you for taking these extra precautions during Covid. My guy took his time, was precise and did a fantastic job!! You have a repeat customer!!!

Honeslt one of the best SNS manicure in 3 years! I loved north and drive 40 minutes to Sandy Springs since none of these salons in Canton can do it decently! Tyler really is derail oriented. Ill be making them my regular spot. A little pricier but for the miles I save im good for it

Tracy NEVER misses. She's been my nail tech for almost two years and she's the best. She takes her time and always makes sure my designs are to my liking. I only trust Tracy with my nails, but sometimes when she's off/on vacation, I get my nails done by Rosy and she also does a great job!

I've come here a few times and once my tips with SNS were sticking up a little weirdly and I wasn't super happy BUT in general they've always been nice and when I go in with my boyfriend for mani-pedis we both enjoy it. today I wanted something special for my birthday and honestly didn't think they'd be able to do it because it's a hard pinterest design. I called in advance to ask if they had someone who can do it and they said yes so I went in. they turned out PERFECT. the shape, the design, everything was spot on. no pinterest fail here! I believe the nail tech's name was Rosie, absolutely recommend her

Dumping used pedicure wax back into the melting pot

I have been a customer here for years, but as of last month I have gone to a new salon. I've always used the same nail tech but my issue was with the pedis. I have videos of the techs REUSING the wax from the spa pedicures. They sit in the back after hours and take all the used wax and put it back in the pot that melts it down again. The hot towels they put on your feet are suppose to be washed after each use, they just put them in water with some Downey and then throw them back in the hot box. I'm done with them. If you paid with a credit or debit card and left a tip, most of the time the techs wouldn't get their tip. My nail tech has left that salon and I followed them to their new place. The Health Dept. now has these videos. So beware.

Fresh mani ~ all is right in the world again lol!

I've been coming here for a while now but hadn't taken the time to write a review. Nothing really stood out, until now.....I went in for my regular manicure (no gel, no sns), nothing fancy, just a regular manicure on a Friday & went home satisfied, as usual. However, Saturday (mid-day), I noticed that my polish was chipping on not just one nail but several. I was so disappointed! After whining about it to my husband, I decided to call in and tell them what was going on (because no one likes to pay for a mani and have it chip away barely 24 hours later). The girl on the phone was SO KIND & said to come in and they would fix it FREE of charge!! SAY WHAAATTT?!?!!! I was so happy to hear that they stand by their work in such a way. I wasn't able to go just then, but thankfully they open on Sunday's. Now, 48 hours after my original manicure, all 10 fingers had some sort of chip to them. They re-polished them ALL. She explained that certain colors tend to chip away more easily (just 24 hours - not sure) but I wasn't going to argue it I was just pleased to have it fixed. 1. I was overjoyed that they stand by their work 2. They care about customer service 3. It's an aesthetically pleasing location 4. So easy to get either an appointment or walk-in (which is what I normally do - love that convenience) 5. It's CLEAN! (Maybe this should have been #1) They made an impression on me by their dedication to excellence and customer service.

Such a good experience here and came out with the cutest nails! Favorite place I've tried in Woodstock

    Nails -- dip 006

Nice salon, good prices, quick services/nail techs. I got a dip manicure for $45, took the gentleman around 35 minutes. He was a little gruff but very speedy and my nails look great! Will definitely go back. FYI no OPI colors.

One healthy nail that was removed PROPERLY

The ambiance was nice and they offered a wide variety of polishes. We both needed manicures. While we waited, we were offered complimentary beverages by the owner, I believe. This was a nice touch! Anita serviced my husband. She arrived first. She gave him an armrest, along with warm water to soak his nails. My nail technician was Mia. Her quality of service was not the same. I did not receive an armrest nor a greeting, and my water was cold. She wasn't the friendliest either. I could tell the level of attention and detail that Anita provided for my husband was totally different from what I was receiving. However, my husband wished the buff on his nails was a bit brighter. It was dull and didn't really show a major difference. We also did not get a chance to select our manicure preference, as we were told the nail technicians would provide this information to us. Since it was a Friday and we were walk-ins, we plan to try them again on a different day and make reservations to see if the service will be better.

This was honestly some of the best service I've ever received. The staff were very attentive, and…read morethe overall customer service was excellent. The massage and pedicure were amazing, and I was very happy with the quality of the work. I chose short, coffin-shaped French tip nails, and I loved how they turned out. Before starting, I was informed that the extra nail on my big toe would be an additional $10, which I understood and agreed to. However, when it came time to pay, my bill was about $50 higher than expected. I was then told there was an extra $10 charge for the coffin shape, even though I had been told beforehand there was no additional charge for that. I was also charged $10 for length, despite my nails being short, and another $10 for the French tip, even though the package I selected already included French tips. When I questioned the charges, it seemed there was some confusion among the staff. Instead of correcting what appeared to be an error, the charges were explained in a way that still didn't fully account for the total. I left feeling unclear about where the additional costs came from. Unfortunately, that experience lost me as a customer. It was disappointing because I had just moved to the area and was hoping this would become my regular nail salon. Paying $120 for basic short French tip nails, with so many unexpected extra charges, did not feel transparent or professional. Out of respect for their business, I didn't make a scene in the store and still left a tip. However, I do hope they improve their pricing transparency so future customers know exactly what to expect.

What an experience I had at Main Street Nail Studio! I was in Atlanta for the Thanksgiving holiday…read morevisiting my husband's family, a few days before we were to go to friend's wedding in Mexico. I asked my mother-in-law if she knew a good spot for a mani/pedi I could get before the wedding. She said, "Oh I know JUST the place." Immediately when I walked in, I knew I was not in a "typical" nail salon. Main Street Nail Studio feels more like a relaxed wellness center with the vibes of a cozy café. It is spacious, warm, and comforting. Such a welcomed contrast from other salons where it can feel like a crowded factory line of sardine-packed rows of chairs. Here, I felt like I was resting in an easy chair in the corner of my own living room. Joslyn did both my pedicure and manicure. She is a pro. I asked for a light pink- but not too pink, and she pulled four different options to try. Throughout the pedicure, she told me exactly what was in each of the scrubs and explained why each treatment was being used. She spent extra time working around every corner of my toes and feet. My feet are so soft now- my toes feel like tiny pillows and my heels like they are covered in satin. The manicure was just as thorough- Joslyn worked with care on shaping my nails beautifully and painted three coats of polish with precision. I've never had a pedicure or manicure done with such attention to detail, and I've certainly never had one that looks this good a few days later. She is a true artist! Throughout the whole treatment, I enjoyed talked with Joslyn about her experiences as a woman, a mother, a teacher, a community builder, and a creative. I realize that "doing nails" is just one thing that she does- but seeing the way she does that, I know Joslyn would have glowing Yelp reviews for the rest of it, too. All in all, Marlene, Joslyn, and everyone else at Main Street Nail Studio have created a lovely, one of a kind salon environment. In a world of conveyer belt nail salons, this one is a shining gem. I hope that you too can get to experience it one day. You won't forget it.
