To call their work incompetent is too generous. The large firm made a mess of the surface, laying out roofing felt and tar and making a disaster of the whole project. At first I was concerned that my needs were too small of a project for Harvest Design, but after speaking with Todd he assured me he could help. Not only did his group remove the disaster that was the large firm's work he totally sealed and resurfaced the deck with appropriate matching color. It looks better than it did new. Todd's attention to detail on a project even as small as this speaks volumes to his firm's work ethic and perfection. HIGHLY recommended although at first I was thinking of not writing a review to keep this tradesman all to myself. If you need any sort of work I recommend contacting Harvest Design Group...if they don't specialize in your area they'll give a good recommendation of who does. Hire this firm only if you want reasonably priced great work. Otherwise go spend your dough on some Wal-Mart of construction companies and endure the pain.

Miguel laughed on the phone and blamed the overcharge on the ATM. He offered no resolutions or apologies to over-charging us THOUSANDS of dollars and we were left hanging, dealing with the aftermath. This business lacks integrity. EDIT: Miguel's response below is not accurate and is not truthful. This further shows his lack of acknowledgment in over-charging us thousands of dollars. Dependability- always showed up when they were scheduled to. typically would arrive early. 4. Timeliness- Manuel has a good crew. They are effficent and great at what they do- we finished 5 days ahead of schedule 5. Flexibility- we made a few changes to the building plan along the way and they seamlessly incorporated into the work plan. Additionally, they handled other things such as sprinkler head movement, painting, and new tree planting in addition to the construction work- it was a seamless, "one-stop" experience. I hired Outside Living Concepts to complete my landscaping project in May 2023. Unfortunately, the…read moredrip irrigation system they installed has become a major issue. Just this summer alone, I've had to repair and replace nine separate sections of the drip line due to leaks. At this point, I've replaced roughly 50% of the entire system myself. What concerns me most is that every leak has occurred in the same type of tubing, which is visibly worn and deteriorated. I even cleaned sections of the removed tubing to make sure dirt wasn't making it look worse--the material is simply degraded. For comparison, I installed another drip irrigation system line in 2021 using different materials. Despite being about two years older than the system installed by Outside Living Concepts, it has experienced only a single leak. I understand the project is now outside of its warranty period, but I don't believe a drip irrigation system should experience this level of failure after only a few years. The amount of time, labor, and money I've had to invest to continually dig up and replace the system has been extremely frustrating. What has been equally disappointing is the follow-through. After discussing the issue, the project manager told me they would send a crew out to repair the next leak. Just two days later, another leak occurred. I immediately reached out, but now two weeks have passed without anyone coming out or any meaningful follow-up. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I had hoped for better quality and, when problems arose, better customer support. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Outside Living Concepts.
