Our cat is not an easy kitty to handle. She is 17 years old with a lot of issues so it was very important to find a sitter that could handle the job. Our cat doesn't warms up to just anyone. We finally found a wonderful lady. We were jumping for joy soon after we met and interviewed her. We were so impressed that we booked her right away. Jackie Kopp took good care of our cat in our home. We left our beloved kitty in good hands. Finally we felt secure to leave town without worrying for a second. She is conscientious, very thorough and did more than we asked her to do. She also would send us cute pictures of Amirah our cat, very thoughtful. Her amazing experience and wealth of knowledge was very impressive. Jackie's business is run very professionally. She is gentle, kind and very patient. She provided us with recommendations from long time clients. We are so happy to have found Jackie. No need to look anywhere else. We highly recommend her. Jackie took such good care of our kitty and our home, couldn't ask for anything more. She is absolutely wonderful.

I have been using Doggie VIP for years and they are always exceptional…read more I just had my rescue Yorkie had a very disturbing situation where she was at a friends house and she got out and I'm very grateful that a Neighbor a few blocks away on a very congested Street found her and called me. I am forever grateful. I mentioned this to Doggie VIP knowing that they already show my Yorkie such TLC. I mentioned this to them and they even want more over and beyond with showing her so much love and support during this time I just wanted to shout out to them. They are amazing each one of the staff that comes my dog recognises them and they just show so much love thank you again.

I am super grateful to the staff here for taking such good care of my sweet but somewhat anti social dog while I am away, and for always being so communicative about how she is doing and any small issues that arise during her stay. The space is clean, they are strict about capacity, and they do a thorough socialization check prior to allowing dogs to come for boarding or daycare. This past weekend, I had an issue arise where my sitter had to leave town unexpectedly. DoggieVIP absolutely saved the day by allowing my dog to come stay for the weekend on late notice. They answered my panicked texts and calls immediately and took such great care of Fred while I was away. This spot is great about sending photo updates and all reservations can be made via text message, which makes scheduling a breeze. I will continue to use this location and their Riverwalk location anytime I travel. So grateful and can't recommend them enough!

I've been taking my dog Kennedy here for months now and just wanted to leave a quick review raving…read moreabout the grooming here. The staff is SO friendly and absolutely adore my dog from the second we walk in. The groomer remembers her, and my dog always comes home smelling amazing, shedding way less (she gets a de-shed treatment since she's a husky) and her paw pads are trimmed which I could never do as well on my own. The price is also reasonable for the quality groom. Would recommend!

BEWARE! CF if you see this contact me dgratz00@gmail.com...my dog died today after catching…read moresomething at this place . They said she contracted kennel cough and text me on Saturday but at the rate she declined she had to have been sick much longer than they care to admit . I even have a recorded conversation where my friend called and they knew a bad dog influenza was going around philadelphia and still didn't give antibiotics or take to vet after knowing it was not just kennel cough ....I just picked up my dog and is not expected to live past today and she didn't , she contracted kennel cough which turned to pneumonia and passed away. She's was in septic shock. They should have taken her to the vet when she contracted the kennel cough and was seen not eating and lethargic. She got it April 1st, I picked her up April 3 and on April 4 is in the ICU and died today . Pure negligence . Do not board or groom here . Looking back when I brought her in she wasn't happy and had to be picked up, and she usually doesn't mind being boarded (other places she walks right in) so something isn't right at this place. And I'm at a loss for words. She is my life! The fact that kennel cough went around means a dog might have not had their shots (maybe not since it's like the flu and different strains might be resistant to the shot ) but even still they were flat out negligent and should have taken her to the vet. They lied on the text when telling me about it, saying she was eating and drinking fine, but when I picked her up you can clearly tell she had not been eating or drinking (the hospital said she was extremely dehydrated and when we got home she threw up straight bile, no food in her stomach) if she wasn't eating that's a sign that the kennel cough has turned into something worse along with barely being able to walk, they should have taken her to the vet as per the signed agreement, this all could have been avoided and now I lost my best friend. I'm balling my eyes out when I visited her today when they said the only reason she still alive was the meds and machines I know kennel cough can be at any boarding but this place simply ignored her serious symptoms
