I have been looking for a place for Jaxx to get groomed ever since Petsmart told me they would send him home if he was not very cooperative (Even if he had one shave line down his coat :/ ) this response did not provide me much comfort since I would expect them to at least try and work with him. Keep in mind, he is not an aggressive or mean dog. He is just overly shy and scared of humans due to his history prior to being adopted. It takes a lot of patience. After grooming himself for more than a year, I found this place on yelp. I read the detailed reviews of all the customers who brought their pets here and decided to give them a try. Sarah greeted us with a very friendly smile and was so gentle with Jaxx when asking what I had in mind for the grooming. She was very attentive and gave me good suggestions on the care. Jaxx was shaking frantically during our conversation but she made sure to comfort him. She took him back and said she would call us when he is ready. I left hoping he was in good hands. Half an hour prior to due time, she called saying he was ready to be picked up and did super well. She was amazed at how cooperative and well behaved he was. I truly believe it was because these people actually care about animals. I am sure Jaxx picked up on this during his visit. He was excited to see me but was no longer shaking. Recently I came back to this location due to my previous experience with other dogs. When I called to schedule a hair wash appointment the representative placed me on several holds until telling me that my dog was not welcomed back. My dog is only 1 years old and can be scared of loud noises. When I picked up my dog I was never told in the conversation that my dog was not welcomed back. I would only advise this place for older dogs or dogs that aren't scared of loud noises. read more

I used to go to Petsmart and Petco but stopped since she's a handful and they were not as gentle to my dog, so this is now my go to place for all my dog grooming needs. This is a Korean owned mom and pop place they do a good job and they use water softener. They charge $40 for a bath and $60 for hair cuts. I see many small to medium size dogs come here but not larger dogs. My dog looks forward to her "beauty" appointment here and she comes home with hair so soft, different colored handmade bows in her hair, and her hair perfectly coiffed. If my dog is happy there then I'm happy. The staff always remembers and greets their dogs and seem to care and enjoy their job, and genuinely listen to the owners. Pros: everything mentioned above, the staff deserves every bit of their tips. Cons: they are closed Sunday and Monday, cash only. read more

Although too soon to have her haircut (maybe too stressful) they took her next day appointment, washed her and trimmed some of her fur as she was literally growing eyebrows. I came and dropped off my dogs and picked them up two hours later. The groomers asked what I wanted and if there were special care instructions needed for my dogs.
