My Lucy loves going there and she always looks wonderful. The price is so affordable and I can't imagine taking her anywhere else.

Customer service sucks!!!!!! Your pet will be at the facility for 8 or 9 hours (too long). Inside the house looks nasty and unkept.

I come here regularly to get my dog Mötley's nails trimmed. He's a very scared, timid rescue dog…read moreand he LOVES it here. He's scared when we go in, but once he sees the staff he gets very excited. Especially when he sees the young man that works behind the desk they take really good care of my anxious boy (he doesn't let me trim his nails at home but he lets them trim them).

Dog Oasis is an unprofessional and dishonest organization. They constantly over charge add on fees…read morethat are not explained up front. Dogs come home sick and uncared for. When you call, you cannot get an answer and it often takes 4-5 messages to receive a call back, even though they say "Feel free to call and check on them." Then, they are extremely rude and argumentative. They are scamming people out of money hoping it goes unnoticed. If you look up reviews, you will see MANY complaints about this. When you question the price difference from what you were quoted, the owner (VERY MEAN LADY) will scream at you and go get her large son to come out and intimidate/threaten you - he and several others there are quite visibly HIGH on pot while working. The lady is pure evil and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. They needs to be investigated. They are dishonest and running a scam operation. They also tack on fees that show up a few days after you pay by card. Again, when you call to discuss, they don't answer or yell at you. PLEASE do NOT take your pets to this place! We thought they were wonderful at first, even after reading bad reviews. But, after a few trips we learned what others had warned about. The lady owner literally YELLED at my husband and told him not to come back and she would not change the amount to what ELI quoted us 3 times! She also said "Leave a bad review, I could care less about bad reviews." She blamed everything on ELI (front desk person) and then blamed us for caring about our dogs and questioning the huge price difference. People, I beg you to find another kennel for your fur babies. This place is NOT what is seems. I should have gone with my gut instinct when they refused to give us a tour and when the price was misquoted the first few times. They do not care about your dogs. It's just about money. Don't take my word for it or the word of those "fake" reviews or family friends. Go research and pull all the old reviews. Like she yelled at my husband, "I don't care about **** bad reviews, no one will believe them."

Things are not going well. After Travis the store manager…read moreleft things are just not the same. The bathrooms are dirty every time I use them when I'm shopping at the store. The new store manager talk to people very rough but not sure he see it specially on the phone and come across RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. We really like this Petsmart. Always a good selection, great service from some of them. But now my biggest beef is prices are getting out of hand. Our dog food of choice four years ago was $49 for 50 pounds. Over the last three years we've seen the price rise up to 100 dollars for less product. Today, same dog food brand is $90 for 30 pound bag. Same sized bag, just less in it. Know this is a bigger issue, but enough is enough. I change the diet of my dogs for more organic so will not be using Petsmart anymore.

Today I brought my 18-year-old Pomeranian to the groomer, and what happened was unacceptable,…read moreunprofessional, and honestly heartbreaking. My dog is extremely small, fragile, and senior, so she requires gentle handling and extra caution. Instead, she was put in harm's way by her groomer, Ronnie F. Ronnie called me to say that my dog had "slipped out of the leash" and fallen to the floor, hitting her hip. She delivered this news without any apology, without urgency, and without the slightest concern for my dog's well-being. Her tone was cold and dismissive, as if she was inconvenienced by the accident not responsible for it. A groomer's FIRST responsibility is to ensure the animal is properly secured before picking up any tools. Especially with an elderly dog, safety should be the top priority. The fact that my dog fell at all shows clear negligence. But what disturbed me even more was the groomer's attitude afterward. When I arrived, Ronnie continued speaking to me with a nonchalant, irritated tone--like she was the victim in the situation instead of the person who caused it. She still never apologized. Instead, she raised her voice, said she "needed to go to the back," and walked away as if she could not be bothered with the very real possibility that she had injured a senior dog. I was polite to her the entire time, yet she acted as if she was being attacked, even though all I wanted was an explanation and reassurance that my dog was okay. My aunt asked how a secured dog could fall, and Ronnie's response was, "When they're this old, it could happen." That statement alone shows a complete lack of accountability. Age is not an excuse for negligence. What happened today makes me seriously question how many other animals have been treated this way. Mistakes may happen, but a lack of empathy, a lack of responsibility, and a complete failure to show basic professionalism is unacceptable especially in a job that involves vulnerable pets. My dog could have been seriously injured, and instead of compassion, we were met with attitude. That is not the kind of person who should be working with animals.
