Very unprofessional and highly rude. Does not care about their customers or the pets that they groom. When calling to ASK for a price break down because the receipt given did not have any details, that was made to seem like it was a crime, when in all honesty it was just a question because I was unaware of what all what done/charged for so I wanted to know the details of what I paid for that was $122. When we called to make the appt the day before, we were told our shihtzu would be $34 and our golden between $60-70. Due to working remote from home 8-5 I was not able to go with my bf to drop off or pick up our two dogs. When he called to ask about our charges just for my knowledge, not as a complaint or any other purposes, he was given a major attitude by the groomer. He also asked about our shihtzu's paw because he noticed that she was bleeding and of course got an attitude right off the bat. No remorse or no explanation, the groomer basically just put the blame on it happening outside of their services so basically it wasn't their faults. Of course. Not a "I'm sorry" or "this is common" or anything but more of a "I didn't do it, it must have happened when you picked them up" type response. Um ok? They were with you all day. We just wanted to know if she would be okay and what happened during the grooming if anything. Our pets went in at 11am and didn't get back until 4pm. I don't know how grooming services are done here in NC but back at home in Arkansas this never happened. Highly unsatisfied with my services here and will never return or wish for anyone to have this type of experience. For the price that I paid, at least have my dog looking cute. But no, her cut was the worse she's ever gotten. Her face and her head/neck area very uneven all around. She looked about the same as when she went in coming out. Perhaps they don't know what a teddy cut or puppy cut is for a shihtzu's face because what I got was far from either. It didn't even look like they brushed or touched her ears so it makes me wonder if they even pulled the hairs out of her ears like asked. A service that is usually provided with basic grooming that I'm used to for our shihtzu. Of course we didn't get any answers from the phone call. What an unprofessional establishment. I was so upset when my bf walked in with our dogs which was probably one of the reasons why he called them to ask what all was done for the charges made. But I know his main concern was her bleeding paw and just to ask and get clarification when instead the groomer got offensive and rude. There are plenty of other options for grooming services in the area. Save yourself the time and toss up of whether or not you would have a good experience here and go elsewhere. I was hesistant to take them here but given the circumstances with everything going on in the world took a risk and now I wish I didn't! I really should have followed my gut when I felt like it was a sketchy place but other grooming places were booked too far out or not taking appts at this time and I didn't want to risk not being able to get them groomed in case if the whole covid-19 might have an affect on pet services as well. My golden really needed to get his spring coat brushed out and I wanted my shihtzu to get her spring/summer cut. Not the case here. I'm pretty sure my shihtzu is now traumatized. She is so upset with us since she's been back and all she's doing is sleeping. Hoping they didn't medicate her or anything bc she is not acting like herself but she could just be upset with us for making her go to a crappy place. Basically these people don't care. Who knows how they treated our fur babies when they were with them. So if you love your fur babies be sure to take them to a place that will have loving ppl taking care of and working on them as well! Do not come here. How they have such good ratings is beyond me so don't be fooled. ALSO check their FB page too not just these google reviews! This is something we failed to do beforehand. They simply don't care and you don't want to take your fur babies to a place that doesn't care about your animals like how you do. And god forbid if you had any issues they would lack any type of responsibility/concern/or explanation for you. read more

Never again will I take any of my pets here they treat ur pets really bad just cuz they want to go home .. My puppy was crying so bad and then the lady tried turning my puppy by its leg .. If u want for them to mistreat ur animal this is the place to go . read more
