First of all I have 4 dogs. 2 are about 30lbs each and 2 about 13-15lbs, Daniel is a real gentleman and very professional with his business. My 4 dogs needed a full once over and 1 needed a cut. Once over meaning anal glands, wash and nails. Gave me a fair multi-dog discount and set up a date and time. Arrived on time, he originally was to have an assistant, didn't show so he was alone. He was very gentle with all animals and gave them each a bandanna, cute. Took his time and closes van so he can pay better attention to details. Did a great job! Animals were happy. Brittany was our groomer. My 18 week Labradoodle Charlie, immediately bonded with her. The van was well equipped and clean. Most in- salons were not accepting new clients and the ones that did were booking 3 months out and their prices were nearly same as Paw Zone. I saved my time and gas using the mobile service. Brittany did a perfect groom. Charlie loved her. At a "box" groomer Charlie would have been dropped off at 9am put in a cage, then who knows what until 3pm pick-up. I just needed a nail trim for my cat because he absolutely won't let me do it. We usually do it at the vet, but due to COVID 19 they are only taking sick pets right now. I caught Paw Zone right before the shelter in place started and they were still very careful, wearing gloves and masks the whole time. Little Ned went into the van and came back out 15 minutes later with nice short nails. They're shorter than the vet does them and they're taking much longer to grow back sharp! Very sorry to report this. Our standard poodle came away from a grooming with Daniel with many scrapes and minor injuries, including in her ears, and with her head and face looking quite irregular, very uneven, some spots bald. She didn't seem fully combed out. She's been bothered by sore spots and scabs for a week afterward. Even her nails appeared to be cut at the wrong angle. To make this worse, we had complained after an earlier grooming by the same company, by a groomer who didn't seem to have much experience with poodles. So Daniel said he'd come do it himself. On the positive side, the convenience of the service and Daniel's politeness were good, and maybe dogs who don't need this level of grooming would do just fine. But we'd have to warn you against poodles or similar. read more

I love that they come to your house! No getting up early to drop the dogs off and then timing it just right with pick ups and school in the afternoon. Okay I had a very disappointing experience! My Appointment was scheduled for Thursday at 11:15 AM. I got a phone call on Wednesday saying the van needed to be serviced and the appointment needed to be changed till Friday At 4:15 , which was okay. Then, on Thursday, I received a call, saying the van needed to be serviced again, and they needed to change the appointment to 515, now they must've forgotten they used that excuse the day before with me. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal except when reading the guidelines they make you understand that if you cancel within 48 hours they want to charge you $50 yet they've kept changing my appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment day. That was weird but not the worst on Friday. I texted them Informing them that if they couldn't be here at 4:15 that we would have to reschedule. At 4:30 with no-show and no call, I texted saying what's up? I received a reply that my groomer was in route. at 4:45 a girl showed up to my door with the leash that attaches the dog to their van apparatus. I am a first time dog owner and have never used a groomer in any form so I said no I want to see the inside of the van to make sure it was clean, etc.. When I walked out there, the van was filled with hair from her Previous appointment it was dirty. I looked at her and told her I would not give her my pet in this condition, clean it up and then come back and knock on my door. This all seems very strange. I reluctantly gave her my dog a cava poo 4 1/2 months old asking for a teddy bear face cut in a summer body cut. She assured me she could do that. after about 30 min she knocked on door handed me my dog saying she wasn't comfortable grooming my dog. now he was chopped completely uneven and I really don't think the girl had any idea what she was doing! I'm very disappointed, would never do this again! read more

This was my pups first time with a groomer and they treated him with kindness and took extra time to go slow so he wouldn't get scared or stressed. They did a fantastic job and I am blown away by the transformation. They did all 3 of our dogs including our English Bull Dog. Our pup Zippy is extremely spooky and they approached him very slowly, we worry as he will nip however they moved very slowly and were able to shave him, trim his nails and all without freaking him out, really awesome. So... My very timid new to me rescue dog "Coco" got loose in Cotati. Daniel just happened to be in the right place at the right time. He saw my dog running on the street with people around trying to chase her down and catch her. She turns out to be a very strong, fast and illusive girl! Daniel had the correct kind of leash in his van to expertly leash after he tracked her down (about a half a mile distance) and caught her for me with the help of another person (another random angel) who was helping. OMG, you can imagine my gratitude. I'm am still in awe of his... right to it attitude when he saw a dog in need.
