This might be the best taco you can get around here! It's DEFINITELY the best quesa birria I've ever had, period. The people running the truck speak great English, a bonus in this area. They give you a pager that beeps when your food ready so you can wait in your car. The set up is in the Alamo parking lot so there's ample space to park and wait. That said my wait times have been very short. I think the price point is very reasonable too, at about 15 bucks a head. We've tried several of the tacos, tostadas, and beans and rice. It's all great! For me though the best thing is the quesa birra. This is that trendy taco dish that everyone and their mom started selling when it blew up a few years back. I never understood the hype... until now. THIS is the dish I've been looking for all these years! The consome is the real deal, you could drink it on its own and I have. Perfectly executed all around, and the flavors are fantastic.
