We left our precious mini bernedoodle w/ Mel for 10 days here and it was the best choice! Mel sent…read moreus updates everyday w/ pictures of Lulu. The place is well maintained and all the animals play & roam around freely! Her facility is so different than all the boarders I visited- the animals had their own beds with blankets. It was warm & clean with playgrounds. Not crowded! My Lulu actually got so much exercise playing & socializing with other dogs. And it was all inclusive! I definitely recommend Mel & Rosedale Resort! She's extremely organized & communicates with her clients! Thank you!

My dog had the best time at Rosedale Pet Resort! We were going away for a week and unfortunately…read moreour poor fur baby was recovering from an injury and we were too scared to put him in our regular doggy day care. Mel offered to take him in no questions asked, and make sure he didn't get into (too much) trouble. The resort itself is great, so much room to run around and rest (but mostly run around). Mel put as much love and care into creating the resort that she does into taking care of her pups! She kept in touch with us regularly, sharing pictures, and giving updates. We could tell he was having such a great time! Rates are also super reasonable for the VIP service our pup gets, with a discount for longer stays. We live in Kirkland and while it was a trek down to Rosedale, it was so worth it for our lil dude to have the time of his life! (and he slept for a full week after we picked him up lol) Thanks so much to Mel and team for the paw-some time ar camp!

We entrusted peninsula pet Lodge to take care of our Siberian husky while we were on vacation for 5…read moredays in Montana. She was not shedding or having her blow out as we call it when we dropped her off.. Good morning we picked her up she was in full blown shedding mode! Apparently because we didn't pay for a hair brushing service They did not brush her at all. We did by her a luxury package according to the options peninsula pet Lodge offers. It's disappointing an employee couldn't take 5 or 10 minutes and brush her out prior to us picking her up at least. We have a 40 minute car ride home. Before bringing her into the house we had to give her a good brushing. This seems neglectful and not what I would expect. It seems like this place Nichols and dimes you and will not do any thing extra unless you pay for it. They also neglected to return her food bowl with her belongings when we picked her up. This was our experience which was disappointing. We will not be returning.

I've taken my Australian shepherd here twice for a bath and full cut; the first experience great,…read morethe second was with a different "groomer" and was extremely upsetting and disappointing. We are contacting them today to ask to speak the owner. The first groomer did a great job, trimmed and cut her perfectly. My boyfriend took her in yesterday, 5/30/25, asked for the same cut as the first time but to trim the pants a little shorter and the sani area shorter. My dog came back fully clipped/shaved extremely short which is unacceptable for a double coat dog; I would be astounded if this "groomer" actually completed any grooming courses. I am now concerned with the health of my dog as the weather heats up due to losing the natural protective factors of her previous coat to prevent overheating. The "groomer" also wasn't able to trim her nails and cited that my dog couldn't handle it; I've never had a groomer fail to trim her nails. Lastly, she came back with a razor burn-like mark on her under belly, the "groomer" said this was there before which I do not believe. This "groomer" should not be allowed to groom again until completing additional courses and training. I don't recommend this place for grooming.
