This is the last straw my dog was there 6 1/2 hours to be groomed. I don't care what kind of dog it is. There's no way a dog takes 6 1/2 hours to groom the problem is they overbooked themselves it just so happens. This is the second time my dog took the backseat. 6 1/2 hours. And I paid 150 bucks. I'll never bring neither one of my dogs there again done. It's almost unbelievable. They have every excuse known a man there's no way this is the second time this has happened, but it'll be the last. I was really struggling with knots and matts in my cat's fur and didn't know what to do. After failing to get all of the knots out myself and causing my kitty a lot of anxiety, I decided to consult a professional. I called Paws Appeal and they explained everything that they would do, asking what service I preferred. I let them know they could do anything (even shave if really necessary) as long as she would be more comfortable than she was. I was really nervous to leave my cat because she is very anxious around new people. But as soon as I handed her over, she seemed immediately relaxed in the groomers' hands. When I came later to pick her up, she was so happy and calm. I checked her fur and the knots were gone! Bathed, brushed, dried, clean ears, and trimmed nails for a low price! Was bringing in my pup here for a while. In the beginning Emily did great. But after a while she got to comfy with my pup and was doing a horrible job there were time she back to me looking worse then she came in. But I held in there because she kept saying how much she loved my dog. But in reality she loved the money I gave her I overlooked the filthy office she kept the strong order or urine and poop around My God. Never again I did a great job in fooling me. 1. Left bald spots, her fur was so uneven long fur then short fur she kept him 2xs for 6hrs and came out looking bad. I've been going to Paws appeal. For quite some time.. The shop has been bought by a new owner and they are doing a fantastic job. The place smells and looks Clean when you walk in. The staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable about grooming the dogs. I have even gotten phone calls in the middle of a grooming to double check what I wanted. My dogs always come back, well taken care of and looking their best. They are happy and don't seem scared or anything when I pick them up which I have experienced at other grooming locations in the past. Their prices are fair, which is also a great plus. read more

This place is the worst, we have taken are dog there 3 times and Everytime it's been the same thing, I will never take my dog there again. We had a appointment at 11:00 am and didn't finish our dog until 5:30 pm. And they had the nerve to charge us 65 dollars and didn't even finish our dog, instead she asked us if we could take him back. Like I don't think so. We took our 10 month old Golden Doodle here this morning to get groomed(shaved). I spoke with the owner of the shop Thursday and made a appointment for today. We were there at 10am and finished at 1pm. The owner herself did the work ! We are super happy with the great quality of work and the care and knowledge she shows while grooming your dog. We brought our puppy in for a summer trim and bath and specifically asked for her ears not to be touched. When we picked her up 4.5 hours later, her body was barely trimmed at all and her ears were trimmed against our request. They did not handle her very gently and were not kind in person or over the phone. When we brought her home, she drank a ton of water which signals she had no water given throughout the time she was there. They did not know who she was when we called or picked her up. I don't even want to leave ONE star. I can't believe what my grandmothers dog looked like AFTER his grooming. He was picked up after 7 hours of grooming, shaking and trembling, bleeding all over the backseat of the car on the way home. He is a senior sheep dog. I am livid. His tail was completely matted still and his face was completely untouched. His ears were still matted and not even trimmed, brushed, cleaned, nothing. I cannot believe this person is a licensed groomer. I understand it is difficult to groom older and bigger dogs, but to not even attempt to clean up his face, ears, or tail? This place was awful. Not only did the inside reek of urine, I could smell it as soon as I exited my car. I feel so bad for those cuties that have to stay there over night. I could barely stand the smell and I knew right then I should have taken my baby out of there. But that's not even the issue. The issue is the groomer sliced open my dogs nipple! Poor girl was shaking when she got home and I noticed some blood on her arm and upon inspection, I noticed her nipple was hanging oddly, and come to find blood oozing out. I completely understand mishaps, but the groomer didn't even say anything!! Highly unprofessional. If the groomer had somewhere else to be or too many animals at once, don't take anymore clients! I moved to the area abt a year ago. I have a mini schnauzer and have tried a few groomers in the area. They have done an ok job but it wasn't a true schnauzers cut. One place even shaved off the beard I kept searching yelp and saw this place be have high marks. It took me a few weeks to get in but OMG my dog looked ready for the Westminster dog show. The cut was a true schnauzer cut and my dog looked fabulous. We kept taking a lot of pics because she looked so stunning. A really good part was that my dog was not kept in a cage for hours either. They kept the dogs in a little area before the groom that they could play. I really appreciated that. My old groomer had done that and moving here and seeing my little buddy get put in a cage for what I knew to be sometimes 3-4 hours broke my heart. The girl that did the cut was very good with my girl. When I was ready to hand her over she did not take the leash, but bent down took those things off and carried the dog to the back. It's the little things you really notice when your little dog is your baby and world. I love this place and so happy we found it. read more

I took my three dogs here for the first time.. all the definition of FUR-BABIES. All have so much hair its crazy. (Border Collie, Austrailian Shephard, German shephard/Collie) mix. Anyway, I just can't say enough good things about Emily ( owner). The FULL SPA DAY was well worth every dime I spent, they all needed it badly and were happy and beautiful and not stressed afterwards .their coats are beautiful, and are still smelling great after three weeks.
