A warm welcome with friendly smiles lets us know if we need anything they are there. They are 90% of the reason we come to Port St. Joe and the Cape. We know we are supported 24/7 when we need assistance. Unlike the large corporate companies offering rental property, Coastal Joe has never failed to answer my call or send one of their wonderful maintenance people out to help. Chris has showed up on his day off to help with Starlink issues, plumbing, etc. He has even helped pull our car out of the sand! Ac wouldn't work and got up to 81F because they didn't even have batteries in the thermostat. A cleaning crew, a plumber, and a ac service man all had to come the day we checked in. No discount or refund offered. Seems like a like of leadership at the top for the house inspectors to come in and say everything is good during check in. I guess they just overlook the mold and ceiling falling in. Ownership doesn't put a dollar back into the house, needs some TLC. I will post the pictures of the attic full of black mold after I show it to my lawyers if they can't do the right thing.
