We know we are supported 24/7 when we need assistance. Unlike the large corporate companies offering rental property, Coastal Joe has never failed to answer my call or send one of their wonderful maintenance people out to help. Chris has showed up on his day off to help with Starlink issues, plumbing, etc. He has even helped pull our car out of the sand! No discount or refund offered. Seems like a like of leadership at the top for the house inspectors to come in and say everything is good during check in. I guess they just overlook the mold and ceiling falling in. Ownership doesn't put a dollar back into the house, needs some TLC. I will post the pictures of the attic full of black mold after I show it to my lawyers if they can't do the right thing.

The freezer door would not open it was frozen shut, it was never easy to open during our stay. The lights were flickering all the time. Bkubs were missing in the lamps. The dishwasher soap dispenser did not work. Dishes were put away dirt. we had to re-wash them. We did called Pristine Properties two separate times and they did send someone to help us. Most of the problems are because the house has not had any work done for a while. The house is located in a beautiful area. However the owners need to give it some TLC before they continue to rent it.
