Because this location was so helpful in providing information, I decided to try them instead. This location's proximity is ideal. I was pleased with my dog's grooming. Upon bringing my dog home, I did make minor adjustments to the top sides, as the center was slightly lower. Will I return? Absolutely! I will simply need to specify my preference for a consistently rounded head shape. However, I do miss having Isaac groom my dog; his work resulted in a perfectly rounded head shape from the crown to the nape of her neck.

Lauren is super sweet and always says that my dog is good and well behaved which brings a smile to my face. We dropped her off and asked for an area trim for her paws and sanitary areas, as we usually do. We picked her up an hour 1/2 later and she had dark red painful looking markings/ burns on her lower stomach. She had also been crying and seemed very stressed. The lady at the front desk explained that the clippers got too close to her skin and caused a reaction. They applied aloe gel and offered a discount, but I am still unhappy with the state of my dog as this has never happened to her before. Although mistakes happen, we will not be returning.

My Frenchie gets really bad anxiety and the two men who helped us were incredibly patient and kind. They allowed me to hold him during the cleaning and took their time, giving us breaks whenever he needed to calm down. At his age, we really do not want to put him under anesthesia for a dental cleaning, so this meant a lot to us. Such genuinely caring people and they were incredibly helpful with aftercare too. After picking up my dog, I looked through the window and saw a groomer yelling at a small Yorkie, grabbing it forcefully by the face, and jerking it when it wasn't cooperating. I was so concerned that I went back inside and confronted the staff. When the groomer realized I had seen what happened, she immediately started smiling, saying "oh no," and changed the way she was handling the dog. Regardless, I know what I saw. As the owner of a senior dog who is blind and deaf, it broke my heart to think about how animals might be treated when owners aren't watching. I left extremely upset and have not returned since. I've also noticed that the facility has seemed less clean in recent visits than it did in the past. Additionally, there are often dogs kept in cages in the back area, which has made me uncomfortable during some of my visits. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately it was enough for me to lose trust in the business. I believe every dog deserves to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect.

When I asked them about a future date the owner wrote back and said she didn't want to "manage a dog with special needs". She hasn't seen my dog in over two years and my dog is not a puppy anymore. She's been fine with vets and other groomers. Since this place is right next to our house we thought of coming back. What a terrible idea. Its so wrong for her to write what she wrote and wrong to not even want to see my little 14 pound terrier again.
