Everything! We have nothing but great things to say about Paws! It's like going to grandmas house for your dog. Our dog Ollie boards at Paws if we go out of town, he plays and socializes there and he's in their training program which is awesome! He LOVES to "go to school" ! The staff know his name and make him feel special when he walks in. He's only 14 months old and he's sweet, confident and well behaved thanks to his trainer Randy Bishop and the wonderful team at Paws!

Wonderful place to keep your pup. We have gone here for 5 years and had no bad experiences. Another dog nibbled on our dog (of course, they are dogs. Sensitive people should refrain from dropping dogs off if you are gonna freak out if they get into a tiny little argument- it happens) and we were notified immediately by paws. Great company. Highly recommend.

I just did a 10 min tour and met the employees at the front and I already know I found the best place for my pups to play or stay over night. I toured 4 different ones and this one is tops for sure! The other three competitors I toured had the following issues... Next to the train tracks, (two of these places were on the tracks and my one dogs is afraid of loud noises and it Smelled horrid at the front desk and inside the entry it was really dark, couldn't see the dogs and they did not offer a tour, I had to ask. It was a two story place, dark a ugly and I saw three dogs in a small room that were not happy. It's also ON the freeway. The second place only takes perfectly adjusted dogs or forget it, no special treatment, this same place had employees in the play yards that were clearly not supposed to or allowed to touch or interact with any of the dogs, and in each yard there was only one person in with a very large group of big dogs, seemed like not enough and they had no water hose or anything in case there was a fight, that same place you are NOT allowed to bring any items like beds or blankets, that same place I watched a small dog (Chihuahua) climb the play yard fence and the employee that works the play yard didn't notice, during my tour we had to catch the little guy so he or she didn't fall 5 feet to the ground and get hurt, could have been kinda bad, and two places were ON the freeway so bad air quality and noisey. This place, Paws Pet Resort was clean, colorful, smelled good, had big windows to see the dogs playing, the front desk employees were super kind and helpful and full of info even though I showed up unannounced. They had already found my website sign in sheet from about 20 minutes prior and were already processing my online questions as I walked in. That was on a Saturday afternoon at pick up time at 4:00 pm. They were on top of everything. I was offered a improptu tour and saw ALL the dogs and they said special treatment is normal for some pets and we can brings their beds and blankets and even some toys I believe. They said they can warm the food if I bring special meals as long as I mark who gets what and when. They also have a water area for dogs to play in! Optional of course. The little guest rooms for dogs were roomy, clean and light, very good vibe! They will test my dogs, all three of them, for up to a full day (for free), and see how they feel most comfortable. That way when we are on vacay it has all been figured out already. This is our place! Evi R.

I was having Mom guilt dropping off my puppy every day. I have to work, but feeling I should be home w her. But, as I watched her wiggle and wag to get in the door of Paws I started to feel better. As I watched her run in the group, play and potty on the grass area I felt so happy and proud. She is so happy here! This is the best place for anyone's dog who has to work full time.

Thank you, Paws Pet Resort, for ALWAYS being an amazing establishment for play and safety for our furry daughter, Lucky! We love bringing her to you for play day - and she of course LOVES coming to you! We especially appreciate your safety measures during this unfortunate time of CODIV-19 and for setting up curbside drop off and pick-ups. It's been a huge blessing knowing we can bring her to you during this lockdown for both her and us with our work & school demands. Air paw hugs Cheers ~ JJ, Riley & Miss Lucky PS - you weren't kidding when you said she will be tired today!! This is her asleep on her evening People Magazine reading

I met with several trainers before Brad & had little to no success in the areas we needed most, I was exhausted. Now for the first time ever, I can leave him home alone without the overwhelming anxiety and guilt that used to come with it. Our walks are actually enjoyable again, and I feel confident bringing him around friends and into new environments. What I appreciate most is that the training gave me the tools and confidence to understand and communicate with my dog better. I have my freedom back, and Cash is happier and more relaxed because of it. If you're struggling with separation anxiety, behavioral issues, or just want a better relationship with your dog, I can't recommend Brad enough. The impact has been life-changing.

My boyfriend and I took in our cattle dog, Ollie, as a stray almost 4 months ago. Quick background: Ollie was found tied to a fire hydrant outside my work. Ollie is the sweetest boy, however is very reactive to other dogs and is a bundle of energy that presents as endless jumping and nipping. We have a senior Saint Bernard at home in which Ollie has been too rough/aggressive with her, even when our Saint Bernard makes it known that she doesn't want to be bothered. We tried water sprays at home and other attempts at training to no avail. We began to feel helpless as our biggest concern was his relationship with our Saint Bernard, as it got to the point where we felt we had to consider rehoming him. During our session with Brad, we immediately saw results which had us dumbfounded. Like other reviews have mentioned, his technique is not "mean," but is a firm mindset that Ollie requires. All the while, Brad emphasizes when to correct your dog and when to praise him, while stressing the fact that these techniques are not made to scare your dog, but rather establish a leader mentality while simultaneously letting the dog know that you provide love and safety. Of course, like any training, one can only be successful when carrying over these learned techniques at home, but Brad left us feeling confident and ready to continue the work. Even when we got home today, we already had seen a shift from Ollie. As for Brad himself - he is very approachable and really looks to understand both the dog and all the circumstances that come with them. You could really get a sense of how personal he is. We definitely recommend him. Thank you so much, Brad!

He trained my husband and me as well as our puppy! So grateful. Tommy has a gift for knowing how dogs think and he shares that knowledge as part of the session. We never felt rushed to finish a lesson when he came to the house, he just dealt with our issues and reminded us to keep practicing with our dog until next time. We even decided to enroll in his weekly puppy class so that our puppy would learn to behave around other dogs. His private dog park is a god-send as we live in a condo and don't have a yard for our puppy to play in. She loved going there and we'll be back! We highly recommend Tommy. I found myself walking at odd hours and constantly crossing the street to avoid other dogs -- it created major walk anxiety for both of us. Before finding Makenzie, I actually tried a board-and-train program at a more corporate facility. Unfortunately, it made little to no difference and ended up being a waste of a couple thousand dollars. Looking back, I really wish I had found Makenzie sooner -- but better late than never. After training with Makenzie, the difference was truly night and day. We can now go on walks without fear, and I've learned the skills and tools to confidently handle situations that used to feel overwhelming. Makenzie also trained Molly for off-leash freedom using an e-collar in a thoughtful, clear, and responsible way. Because of that training, I can safely give Molly more freedom while still knowing she's fully under control -- and she absolutely loves it. Another huge benefit is being able to board Molly with Makenzie when I'm out of town. Knowing she's staying in a home environment with someone I completely trust -- instead of a crowded boarding facility -- gives me so much peace of mind. The ongoing Saturday group classes are another big highlight. They make it clear this isn't just a one-time training -- it's continued support. We're always brushing up on skills, and it's been great connecting with other people who've gone through her program. It truly feels like a supportive community. Training with Makenzie has completely changed my life with Molly. I'm so grateful for the progress she's made and couldn't recommend her more.

From the very beginning, she took us in and made us feel so comfortable being part of her program, which meant so much as someone new to all of this. She took the time to understand both me and my dog, and her knowledge and guidance have made such a difference in our journey. She helped me recognize what my dog truly needs, not just in training, but in having safe and healthy outlets for his energy and instincts. She also helped me adjust my dog's training in a way that he responds so much better, which has been a huge breakthrough for us. We also joined her group classes, which are really fun and interactive. They've helped us gain a better understanding of what we need to continue learning and growing so we can become the best version of ourselves for our dog. What stands out the most is how much she genuinely cares. She treats my dog like her own, and that kind of dedication is something you don't find everywhere. She is incredibly kind and loving, and she's always available to answer any questions I have no matter how small while always making me feel comfortable reaching out. I'm beyond grateful for her support, patience, and passion. She's not just a trainer--she's been a huge part of helping me become the dog owner I hoped to be. I highly recommend Makenzie at Peak Performance Dog Training to anyone looking for someone who truly cares and knows what they're doing.
