They talked everything over with me prior and assured me that if she got too stressed out, they wouldn't continue (big news for people used to the pump-and-dump groomers that don't care!) When I came to pick my kitty up, she was relaxed in her carrier- might as well be a kitty spa. Nails clipped, ears cleaned, full wash, dry, and lion cut in an hour and a half! We quickly found out that Bo is an impressive jumper once he was in the care of Paws & Play. He was able to clear their 6 foot fence! Luckily they caught him and called me immediately. At pickup we were told that not only had he jumped the fence he jumped from stall to stall (just to socialize) and that's the reason he isn't allowed back. I 100% understand this decision and respect it due to safety concerns. They spoke so sweetly of my jumping bean despite all the trouble he caused. Even recommended other facilities in the area that could possibly help. Based on my experience, I can attest to how much the employees & owners care for these animals. They were sad Bo couldn't come back, but maybe once his jumping is under control we can try again.

Instead he said she was currently taking care of their toddler and couldn't talk to me. Yes the place is kind of dirty and I did see roaches, but she did a good job and the price was really cheap so that's why I went. I even went another time and they were closed. Nobody ever called me to let me know they were closed. It's a good 20 minute drive for me and I was late for work. Because I'm patient and forgiving, I went back this last time. Will never be going there again because of the way I was treated. Rude, unprofessional, poor communication, dirty, and roaches. Keep that in mind if you're considering going to A Puppy Parlor.

When we toured the inner kennel there were no urine or feces smell and the dogs were kept in custom made wooden kennels. I have toured several kennels in the Columbus area and the smell hit me like a brick the second I walked in. Not here! When we toured the run area we were not only surprised at how big it was but also how clean! Not one sight of doggy doo anywhere. Oh and Did I mention the pictures they post several times a day! I took my dog in for grooming, and to my shock, she returned looking completely out of sorts. Not only did she have puss coming out of her eyes, but her behavior suggested she had been drugged. Concerned for her well-being, I immediately took her to the vet, where the doctor confirmed that she had indeed been given something that had her drowsy and also shampoo and another substance was in her eyes that caused the green tint and puss to leak out her eyes .The vet visit left me anxious and frustrated, so I returned to Sabine with the discharge papers and the vet bill to address my concerns. Instead of showing any accountability or empathy, Sabine became aggressive and defensive. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially when it comes to the safety of our pets. I cannot believe a groomer would risk a dog's health and then react so poorly when questioned about it. I strongly advise other pet owners to think twice before using Sabines Enchanted Grooming LLC. Your pets deserve better care than this.
