However, when I returned to pick them up, I was presented with a bill of nearly $600. When I questioned the difference, the employee who assisted me at drop-off acknowledged that multiple prices had been discussed but could not remember the exact amount she quoted when I made the decision to board my dogs. Rather than taking responsibility for the confusion or attempting to resolve the situation reasonably, management and several staff members came out and insisted that I pay an amount that was significantly higher than what I had been quoted. The interaction quickly became confrontational and unprofessional. The manager was rude, dismissive, and even threatened to call the police because I did not want to leave without my dogs while trying to understand why I was being charged hundreds of dollars more than expected. Businesses that care about their customers should honor quoted prices or at least work toward a fair resolution when there is a clear discrepancy. Instead, I was met with hostility and a complete lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I found the pricing practices misleading, the staff unprofessional, and management unwilling to take accountability. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend leaving your pets in the care of this facility.

After over 30 calls to different pet boarding facilities and All saying " sorry,we are completely booked for the Thanksgiving holiday" Guided Footsteps Canine Camp came to my rescues! I will be fully transparent I am very protective of my fur babies so was a bit hesitant at first as I was only use to one specific boarding school to watch them however there was only room for my feline at that facility and not my canine. So unfortunately they were going to be separated. Alicia from Guided Footsteps was so thorough with her processes, very informative, communication remained consistent. To add, Alicia had A-1 review ratings, testimonials on google and her official website. Once o was able to get all my questions answered and agree to boarding, Alicia sent all her paper work electronically to review and sign off on. Very easy confident process. She also gives you an itemized break down of your daily charges for you to review before confirming the booking. There was no pressure, no fine print, no hidden fees, everything was straight forward. Alicia also has 5 fur babies of her own in which one happens to be a black lab name Buddy who looked like a twin to my black lab Onyx which was very cool! Onyx gained 5 new besties and I can tell he missed them. Alicia sent us daily updates and attached photos of Onyx playing or relaxing. She sent us the absolute cutest thanksgiving photo I'll post with this review. Alicia's proactiveness and communication brought my family and I lots of comforts knowing our Onyx was in great hands!
