After being a client from the beginning when they opened they didn't seem to care about our loyalty. When we found out how much cheaper we could get the same or better care we switched. Best money we ever saved. They never even tried to get us back. We have also met other people that left them bringing their dogs to this place we use now.

Had my 3 dogs groomed. 2 Airedales and a mini schnauzer. The standard cut for an Airedale is the…read moreneck, back, skull and tail are cut "very short". They were not cut short at all so I asked if they would take their back shorter as that is a standard cut. It is summer time and they become heated very easily so I knew it was problematic. Especially for $130 each. Front desk Jen was amazingly professional and pleasant, she advised she would speak with the owners and when she came back I was told they would not do that. That was it. I was not addressed by anyone other than Jen. They also charged $130 each for the big kids and $90 for my schnauzer who is 12 lbs. Highly overpriced from any other groomer I have used. Very disappointed by the way they responded to my request. If I had been able to speak with them, I would have made my point that the Airedale cut is short with some face, (their faces were just cut all the way down leaving no muzzle or eye brows) and that is what I expected as I was never asked about the cut. Even at the counter there are examples of the different lengths. They are already needing trimmed again, which is the reason I decided to write a review. For $130 each I now have to have their neck and back trimmed. It's too hot. Do not recommend AT ALL.

The pictures that have been taken during the walks are very amusing and fun to share with friends. I find the daily visits have made my dog more sociable and the walker has never missed a visit. I feel very confident that my pup will be taken care of when I'm traveling. I get a summary of all the antics when I return and it's always a joy to read. It's nice to know that I have a professional and caring pet sitter when I travel. Vero Beach Pet Sitters has always been there when I've needed a last minute walk due to working late or appointments. It's nice to know that a walk can be worked in at a moment's notice.
