Adorable Sunshade with Positive Customer Service! I ordered this sunshade for my SUV and it's absolutely adorable--such a fun touch for the car! While it's a bit large for my windshield and only comes in one size, it still works with the included suction cups. The material is on the flimsier side, and it arrived folded, so there were some creases at first, but once it's spread out, it looks great and does the job. What really impressed me was the customer service. I was kept informed every step of the way, and the sunshade arrived right on time. I also ordered a customized phone case for my daughter, and she loves it! I had a positive experience with this company despite the one-star reviews about the customer service. I can't help but think Pawsionate forgot to ship my product, and my email prompted them to do so. I emailed again to complain and they replied that they cannot control delays due to holidays.
