I ordered the DogMother hat. I had zero issues and it arrived pretty fast. I absolutely LOVE it!!! It looks exactly as advertised and it's a nice hat. Not cheap. It fits well, also. I highly recommend Passionate for the hats at least. The rest of their products look nice, also.

I ordered a custom doormat. The printing part was okay but the doormat itself is paper thin and flimsy. Waste of money and because it is custom, no returns and deeply discounted refund. (30 percent). Suitable for use indoors, as a mat for pet food dishes but definitely not a doormat. Unless you don't care if it blows away.

My sweet baby got sick and passed. It was so sad. She was only 4 yrs old. Now I have something to remember her by. I look at her every day.

The customer service is on the crazy side of happy. Love it. I have ordered the 3rd tumbler as a gift for a friend. They are cute as heck. Only drawback us they look 3D in the ads but are flat. Still wicked cute. Not sure how the covering will stand up to washing. Haven't used it yet. The other 2 are Christmas gifts, so too soon to tell. very disappointed that someone did not pick up the order of my sweatshirt that one was 4 x large and the second one all the same apart from colour was a small size.so now I have one that fits me and the other that only fit a child but but it's no good for them because it's got my name and dog names on it. as for the product I'm very happy with. I placed an order on 9/2 and when I entered my payment info on Paypal it changed the delivery address. I notified them right away on 9/2. They never acknowledged my request to fix the delivery address. They also never sent my an order confirmation email. I emailed them separately on 9/3 and they said they'd respond in 24-48 hrs. Now they're telling me it's past 3 hrs and nothing can be done. Terrible customer service. A gift for a friend has turned into a nightmare. Terrible customer service. read more

Disappointed in recent purchase of what they advertised as "doormat" The item does not have any substance to it and will fly away with a slight breeze. The artwork, printing, colors, customizing is fantastic I just don't know what to call it, but it does not resemble a doormat. I wanted something special for my friend's birthday. I looked at the online catalog and it was terrific. I found a coffee mug and noticed all of the pics were of dog faces. I wanted him to have an action shot because his dog is so much fun. I cropped a pic of TJ and sent it off. I was thrilled when a photo of the mug with TJ's name and a perfect pic! I thought it would be a long process but it was super fast. My friend was so happy and it was the best birthday gift ever! I'm pretty sure this company is a scam. It's been more than 30 days since the order was placed, and nothing has been delivered. The tracking site shows held in Customs for over 21 days. But since it isn't a reputable shipping company, I'm willing to bet that the shipping website is fake and just always shows as "In Transit". Do not buy from Pawsionate. read more

Would not give any stars. This is the new Temu. Ordered 15 oz coffee cup for my husband. Included him and our four pups. Can barely see one, can't see his name. Barely see the others. Ordered from this "US Based" company on Nov 16th. With a delivery expected between Nov 28-Dec 3rd. Order received today (Dec 28th) from Vietnam. I honestly don't care where it came from, other than being deceitful about it so I think it's coming sooner. I reached out on multiple occasions trying to see where it was. Most emails went unanswered. I eventually got a vague "it's coming we are backed up" nonsense email. I was so happy to finally get my package today only to be crushed when I opened it and saw how careless they printed one side of the bag, completely botching the image. I've requested a remake but based on my experience thus far I don't even expect a reply. I will most likely be trying to fight the purchase with PayPal. read more

Size incorrect/no refund I ordered on November 27th a personalized sweater and was never sent a confirmation email with my order number or details of the order. After inquiring a couple of times was told that the sweater would arrive by December 16th. The order was received within the correct time but the size was Small instead of the Large that I ordered. I then requested to return it for a re-print and was told that I had to pay an additional $25 for a re-print on their own mistake. Regardless, the gift for my wife will not make it before Christmas already and I have no use for a sweater which is 2 sizes small. Initially I had paid $41 for the sweater and now they want $25 for the re-print on the order that they did no the wrong size. The Christmas gift is now ruined and of course they offer no refunds. read more

As our name says, at Pawsionate we are Passionate about pets. We are a small company of 30 people who love animals. I myself have two dogs and two cats at home! I love them more than anything - and we know that the customers who will purchase our products love their pets in the same way.

Our company is located in the US. All our products are printed and shipped from the US which is why shipping is so fast! We also have a specialized team of experienced graphic artists based in Vietnam that helps us create all our wonderful designs. Since establishment, our ultimate goal is to bring the best experience to you all pet lovers. Our artists and designers are trained to say NO to bad and average products. They are the best!

Who is the shipper? They had an attempted delivery today but "could not gain entry". I don't live in a gated community. So it doesn't make any sense.

I have placed 3 orders recently and they all were shipped via USPS. On their website, though, they indicate that they use UPS, DHL, UniUni and YunExpress. Hope this helps.

I spotted an online ad for Passionate and was immediately intrigued. After looking at what they offer I decided to order a sleep shirt for my "Crazy Cat Lady" daughter. I was able to select the type of cat, as well as the color. I added their names and then added details of my daughter - complexion color, hair length and color. I also added her name then the color of the shirt. I was kept in the loop from Passionate receiving the order, the manufacture of the shirt, the shipping, and every stop on the way from them to my daughter, via email. It arrived in perfect condition and in a very timely manner. My daughter instantly fell in love with her shirt! I understand others in the past have been unhappy with Passionate for not responding to emails, etc., but I believe that is all behind them now. I bought the CUTEST MUG EVER to give my boyfriend for Father's Day. It arrived quickly (the Saturday before Father's Day which was maybe a week at the most) and was packed safely. The mug looked exactly like the one I created online using their tools and he absolutely loved it. It's actually really really cute and good quality. I will definitely be back for more. My only suggestion would be for an option to use (or not use) the graphic "frame" sketching thing because it takes out the sides and goes into the main subject. There might already be a way to do that, but the only way I could figure out was to keep making it smaller and smaller until didn't look great. It was pretty easy to find some resemblance to my sister and her rescue Schnauzer-mix, Bella. Packaging was perfect and great for gift wrapping or just pitting a nice bow on top. I only see my sister a couple times a year, so it was very nice to receive the tumbler in time for Thanksgiving. I never know what to get my sister since she always says, "I don't need anything." No reliable and trusted source. They prioritize profit over solving customer problems. They shipped the wrong size iPhone case. I had communicated several times, explaining that there was a glitch in the selection. I emailed them before shipping, but because of a delayed response on their site, they said they shipped the case. Have the audacity to send an email that the wrong size is on the way. No conscious reason why sending a case that doesn't fit my phone. Why not solve the problem? Completely money hunger that leads to a lack of consciousness. I got a large mug with playful likenesses of our 3 cats for my wife. There were plenty of cat choices and all 3 were excellent likenesses of ours. I am glad the site let you preview the final product, as the names wouldn't have lined up correctly with the cats above them. For some reason, Name 2 was under cat 3 and name 3 was under cat 2! By changing the names around, it did come out correctly, but until I actually received the mug, I wasn't sure they'd be in the correct positions. They were. I run a Sanctuary/Hospice for special needs/senior dogs and do volunteer medical fostering for several rescues. I had seen several ads for shirts for this company on my Facebook and my husband is Tshirt obsessed so I started looking through the different shirts and found the perfect one that I could customize with his dog's name and photo. Had an excellent experience. Have ordered 2 times. Tshirt quality is better than expected. The ladies style is more fitted (use the size guide, fit on smaller size as guide indicates). Tshirts have a bit of stretch, great! Second order for my sister and neice - she wanted the 'unisex' tshirt and loves it, again use the size guide measurements. I made a mistake on size, emailed them within an hour and they made the correction for me! SO happy about that. However, when I tried to order a second item (custom sweatshirt) the price was different each time I tried to order, going from $35 to $50. I tried several times to get a human to deal with regarding the prices, but all I got was cute robot answers, no clarification nor help. So I didn't order the second item. I received my coffee cup broken from FedEx. I reached out to Pawsionate. Several times nobody got back to me . This was a Xmas gift from my kids to their mom.
