He's incredibly…read moreknowledgeable with pet care, feeding, administering medicine/syringes, exercising and engaging pets so they have the best experience when he is with them. I just meet with Bob a couple of days before my trip, he already has a set of keys (but first-timers will have to provide him with a set), we go over the whats whens wheres and whys for my particular pets and he's on his way. I come home to healthy happy animals with a daily log explaining his time with my pets. I've gone away as long as two weeks and Bob helps me to rest assured my pets stay in THEIR home and get the best care possible. Bob brings in mail, packages and newspapers so your home is "lived in" and there are no tell-tale signs that the owner is away. I've even asked Bob to locate original documents and overnight them to me in Toronto during a recent trip...and he saved the day! I had my required original documents on time and no one was the wiser. He's a warm, friendly and trustworthy man who your pets will be lucky to have as their care-giver.
