To my complete surprise, the chickens started gathering around me as if they recognized it as their official anthem! One by one they came walking over until I had a whole audience. I'm disappointed with how my grooming appointment was handled. I originally booked an appointment…read morethrough the Petco website and later switched to an earlier available time slot that appeared online. Since the booking was confirmed, I made arrangements around that appointment. The following day, I received a call informing me that they would not be able to groom my dog after all because there was supposedly a glitch in the system. It was frustrating to learn that an appointment I had successfully booked was not actually available. I was told they would work with me to find another time, but no same-day options were offered. Instead, they suggested Monday, which conflicted with my work schedule, and then the following weekend, which also did not work for me. Overall, I'm disappointed with the experience. The online booking system should accurately reflect availability, and customers should not have to rearrange their schedules only to have their appointments canceled due to internal scheduling issue. Edit: they had even confirmed my appointment shortly after booking. Makes no sense.

Good help is hard to find now a days, after shopping here for over 4 years I can honestly say this…read morestore has done a complete 180, today I walked into an empty store to pick up my website order and I see two employees having a bashful conversation about lack of security almost like I was in there to steal, no greeting, no nice welcome or hello, just continuing on with their conversation so I proceeded to interrupt them to let my presence known that I was their to pick up my order, mind you I was outside calling letting them know I was outside and no one answered the phone about 5 times of calling, so after I gave my name they handed me my bag so I asked for a supervisor because a a few days prior on a same day delivery order I mentioned to him that they forgot to packed my refrigerated dog food and after calling customer service they told me I had to dispute it with the store so I brought it to their attention and low and behold a light bulb went off in his head and he was like oh let me go grab it for you for this pick up order, after that it was apparent the same thing happened to my last same day delivery order, so when I brought it to his attention like don't you think the same thing happened last time he proceeded to put the blame on the driver for not checking the items then it went from I had to dispute it with door dash even though the order was placed on Petco.com and Petco took my payment, Jose the so called manager wasn't even apologetic and this pretty much sums up every Petco experience I've had this year as I even noticed they removed the rewards system on the website as well and replaced it with a dollar points system as I'm sure this company is going down the tubes, I will now be taking my business to petsmart and chewy and disputing any previous charges for missing items due to store negligence, like seriously how hard is it to check a bag to make sure everything is inside before handing it to someone, mind boggling, all in all, don't go here they don't value your business and I'm sure the environment is toxic due to the leadership team
