Surprise bill after the fact for part of a normal exam that is now somehow an extra charge. Sigh. We won't be going back. As for the rest of the team....worthless. This practice is owned by another business now. This staff does nothing. I was in to get my eye exam. I needed new glasses. I brought the frame with me. The tested me and sent the frame out. They told me the date it was to come back. Two weeks later I still had no glasses. I was told they would be there the following week. Next week I kept calling and asking. The individual to help did nothing. "Oh, they are coming" he said. Finally I called on Thursday and he said they were in the next morning. Of course, the glasses were damaged now he said. They did not have these frames so I would have to call where I got them in London. I said just give me the glasses back and I needed a refund. I went back the next day and he was gone. The glasses vanished. Everyone did not answer anything. I now need to call the insurance company to get the money back. This staff is terrible. The doctor was ideal. I will just find another doctor now. Maybe this company is as blind as a bat.

She is really helpful and patient, also knowledgeable. This year I had a car accident and she suggested some testing and prescribed some medication that made me feel relieved from my eye pain. My family and I have been coming to her for many years, and every single visit reaffirms why we continue to trust her with all of our eye care needs. She is incredibly caring, patient, helpful, and remarkably knowledgeable. It's rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond for their patients, but Dr. Lomonaco does just that. Her staff is equally fantastic--friendly, professional, and always a pleasure to interact with. Even after moving out of the area, we happily make the drive (sometimes over an hour) just to see her. That's how much we value the quality of care she provides. The office is clean, well-maintained, and has enough space for smaller families to feel comfortable during visits. They also offer a great selection of glasses and frames, which makes the process convenient and enjoyable. While parking can occasionally be a challenge (it is The Bronx, after all), it's a small price to pay for such outstanding service. Have you ever scratched your cornea? I don't recommend it - the pain was awful. Anyway, after a trip to urgent care and a round of antibiotics (and a lot of tearing), I thought it was a good idea to follow up with an ophthalmologist - both to get my eye checked out by a specialist but also because I had never been to one before. My parents had recently been to Dr. Terraciano and had great things to say, so I figured it was meant to be and booked an appointment. This office is a family-run private practice; it was originally founded by Pasquale Terraciano and is now run by his son Anthony. In today's age, I'm used to outpatient doctor offices being affiliated with major hospital systems, so I was really surprised to see this office still standing on its own. That doesn't mean that it's behind the times - the office uses cutting edge technology and has a number of options to treat a variety of eye conditions. After being worked up, I met Dr. Terraciano and Dr. Ross. Both were very kind, thorough, and explained things that were easy for me to understand. I was ultimately diagnosed with an eye condition and they did a great job providing me with options that I could work with to treat it. Since my initial visit, I returned for a follow-up and had a similar positive experience. Everyone I interacted with in the office was friendly, and overall I would definitely recommend Dr. Terraciano if you're looking for an ophthalmologist.

I was a patient, last in 2021 before Covid hit. She huffed and told me I am no longer considered an existing patient which means I have to go to the end of the list. I have blurry vision in the mornings! My eyes itch and water! It has been months now and getting worse. I know the doctors are great - I've been there, my friend Marty at Trapp originally recommended them. It would probably take one quick look for them to explain what is going on. They have three doctors and no appointments until the end of October. I've already been to urgent care and they couldn't help me. 'Said to see an ophthalmologist...
