If you looking for great drinks, good food & games to unwind. Head to Payette Brewery! Variety of beers, ciders & non-alcoholic beverages to try. Prices are reasonable. If you get the munchies there is a deep dish pizza truck right outside. Have a larger group - you and guests can head outside for more room. If you have a dog...they too are welcome!!

Went here to meet up with a group of friends and it was popping on a Tuesday night! There was still plenty of seating and room around the huge fire pit in the courtyard. They have a cute tent set up like a forest/campground with picnic tables and other seating for guests to enjoy. This is a great space out of the elements (although we've had an extremely mild winter this year). I ordered the Le'Bois cocktail then a beer. Both were delicious. The bartenders were polite and service was very quick. The fire pit outside puts off a lot of heat and was perfect for the brisk evening last night. I have also been here in the summer time with my family and the outdoor courtyard is a good space for the kids to run around and we usually order them dinner for the rotating food trucks they have available. Also note, they are dog friendly. There were lots of sweet pups there last night. Just remember to bring a poop bag just in case.

Stopped by for a very quick visit on a quiet weekday afternoon - we arrive right after opening. The beer tender was super friendly and welcoming. My husband got a flight of his own choosing, I ordered one of the ciders. They do small pours - something I always appreciate! The ambiance looks nice though it was empty when we were there. Looks like a fun place to hang out (inside or out). The beers (according to my husband) were good and worth a stop. I had a sip of a barrel aged beer and I thought it was very good! That one was his favorite. :) It's near the greenway trail so it's easy to get to by bike and they have a big parking lot too.

Very large taproom, dog friendly, large outside beer garden. A few TVs to watch some sports on, tons of seating. The beers are decent, wish they would have had the Blood Orange IPA. I drank the Sehr Kuhl IPA. it was okay, but a very light IPA. We met some friends there after a memorial service and were looking forward to some Queens food truck eats, but they weren't open. Big bummer. They do have bagged nuts for sale. Maybe some pretzels would be good, but I know they end up on the floor making a mess. Beertenders are knowledgeable about the brews and gave good service. Free tastes are available, don't be afraid to ask.

The vibe here is very chill and laid back, which I love! The bartender was extremely polite and had some good banter. I wish we could try the food but the food truck is closed. Would totally come back the next time I'm in Boise!

Got lost walking around town and ran into this place around noon on Saturday. My wife had a pint of the Rustler while I had a pint of the Recoil. The Recoil was nice, citrusy & juicy IPA. Very tasty!

This is a great space for dogs, people and kiddos! The beers on tap is fabulous. The patio is large, green and always has a food truck. The private room is great if you need an event space.

I have not been able to try a beer yet since I left my Id behind during Treefort, however I love this venue for live music. There's plenty of space to be spread out, or to be up close and right next to the stage. There's fire pits and lots of benches and seating inside. Will definitely be back to enjoy this space in the summer time.

Enjoyed the Rustler IPA from Payette Brewing very much!

The beer is probably good. And maybe the food is too. The Brewery opens at 11am but no food is offered until after 5pm. Very disappointing.

She managed this big group without delay and with a positive attitude. Any appetizers here are epic and worth every penny. I recommend the steak chip nachos and jumbo wings. Ranch is homemade and delicious. Entrees like the fish n chips were delicious. The drunkin dip was hearty and full of massive flavor. The craft beer here is fantastic. The number 1 flight is enormous with 10 glasses of samples. Yum! We loved it here, and Shelby did a great job caring for us. Great job 10 Barrel!

I visited 10 Barrel Brewing recently with my fiancé, and while there were some high points…read moreregarding the flavors and service, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. To start, I tried the Pickletini. As a fan of pickle-forward drinks, I found it "not bad"--a solid choice if you enjoy that briny profile. My fiancé opted for the All Ways Down Double IPA flight. At 9% ABV, it was a heavy hitter, but he really enjoyed the intense hop aroma and flavor provided by the Cryo Hops. For my main, I ordered the TNT Sando (Tri-Tip with bacon jam and garlic aioli) on Gaston's grilled focaccia. I requested it without pickles, and it was excellent. I paired it with the Black Bean and Veggie soup, which was a standout--perfectly delicious with a nice "zing" to it. Unfortunately, the meal hit a significant snag with my fiancé's Fish & Chips. The beer and cornmeal tempura batter was extremely thick (nearly 3/4 of an inch in some spots) and the fish was overcooked. Additionally, the blue cheese dressing on his side salad was very runny and tasted off. It was disappointing enough that we had to send it back. We replaced it with The Spicy Italian pizza. This was a total 180--it arrived looking beautiful, and the combination of the meats, pepperoncinis, and hot honey was absolutely delicious. Our server, Casey P., was generally good and attentive, though we did have to wait to start our meal because we weren't initially provided with napkins or silverware. A minor note on the atmosphere: the table we were seated at had "gay" carved into the wood, which felt a bit out of place for the professional vibe of the rest of the establishment. Overall, the TNT Sando, the pizza, and the beers are worth coming back for, but the kitchen consistency on the fried items definitely needs some work.
