A couple in front of us were taking forever arguing about something so it held up the line. If they had two employees checking cars in it would probably be better.

We were told before purchasing protection "everything besides windshield is covered." I spoke with an agent on the phone when reporting the flat tire, and she said "the tire is covered since you purchased LDW." I return to the airport to exchange my car and the worker mentions "Well since this is a tire issue, it is not covered under LDW. Don't worry, it will only be a $75 fee." What????? Come to find out, when I receive my receipt, a TIRE PATCH was $365????? A TIRE PATCH?? WHAT? I am fighting this but the company is not being cooperative. Just had my dads funeral and was a bit frazzled. Not only did the supervisor in LAX question us rudely but also asked about our disability in front of other passengers and embarrassed us beyond belief. Needless to say we had to rent a one way car rental and drive 1400 miles home. I don't care that this airline is affordable I will never fly them again because of the unprofessional actions of their employee. Shame on them. I take responsibility for not having my documentation but I did provide it in Montana before flying but the employee in California was just a rude person.
