    There's the shuttle that never came!

    When you've been on a long all day flight and flew from the other side f the country, you're excited to get to your destination and call it a night. I waited for the shuttle bus for Payless. None came. 10 mins came. Called the 1800 number on my confirmation. Passed to a local tel number. Then to another. Then asked to wait another 10-15 mins and to call if the shuttle still is not there. Waited patiently. Then frantically dialed the local number again only to be passed to another local number . Then waited then got passed around. It was ridiculously a big issue for me. All the other passengers were gone. The long line waiting of passenger at the airport cleared up and I was still there. Another passenger offered to take me to the car lot of Payless, it was closed. I called them now really upset, they said they can't do anything as they're closed. So I told the man who picked up the phone I'm so disappointed for this disservice! I ended up in New Jersey with my shared ride , and went back to the airport at Enterprise where it was a buttery smooth transaction ! I went out with a rental car that's new, clean and staff were professional! I only booked Payless because it was on Priceline. Cheap doesn't mean good service. You get what you paid for. What a waste of time and energy and I hope I get a refund as the rep told me 10 business days. No one called me back, no email, nothing. I had to drive 2 hours out of Philadelphia and my entire plan for that night was ruined. I had people waiting for me that drove from out of town as well and the inconvenience to 3 parties affected by the irresponsibility of this business is not appreciated. Do not ruin your vacation, your day or your mood. Rent a car from a reputable rental car company . Pay more, NOT Payless! I should have read reviews prior hand! Save yourself the trouble. It's not worth it!

    They close and have no way for you to get the car. They never mentioned you need to be there before 6:00. WORST RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCE

My bank says otherwise. It is an ACT OF CONGRESS to get your money back, which I have been now told by SIXT that this will take another 3-5 business days to resolve. I had a great experience with SIXT in Philadelphia. Pick up and drop off were both smooth and hassle free. The shuttle back to the airport was waiting on us, when we arrived for drop off. I did take a video of the return check in- just in case it was needed to protect myself from any claims of damage. This was based off of reviews I'd read concerning this company. Great service, polite employees and amazing pricing. I will definitely use them again in Philly!

What matters is how a company responds when they do. Unfortunately, our experience with SIXT at Orlando Airport was one issue after another. * The vehicle we reserved was not where it was supposed to be and could not be located. * We were placed into a substitute vehicle instead. * The vehicle was clearly not properly checked before being rented. Although the contract stated the tank was full, the low-fuel warning light came on within minutes of leaving the airport. * Late at night, after a long day of travel, we were forced to stop and spend $65 on fuel just to continue our trip. The most disappointing part wasn't the fuel expense--it was the customer service that followed. Despite providing photos and receipts, we spent days reopening cases, repeating the same story, and being told the branch claimed the tank was full. Rather than objectively reviewing the evidence, customer service repeatedly sided with the branch and failed to take accountability for what occurred. Only after escalating the matter and contacting senior leadership did SIXT finally agree to reimburse the fuel expense. However, rather than issuing a check or crediting the payment method used for the rental, we were informed that reimbursement could only be made through a wire transfer requiring us to provide our banking information. Apparently, in 2026, issuing a check or processing a credit card refund is not an option. At this point, it feels less like a customer-focused resolution and more like a process designed to create additional hurdles in the hope that customers simply walk away from charges incurred because of the company's mistake. The issue was never really about $65. It was about accountability, integrity, and how customers are treated when something goes wrong. Hopefully our experience helps others make an informed decision when choosing a rental car company. Based on how this situation was handled from start to finish, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

    The most seamless rental I've ever had!…read more I don't usually write reviews for rental agencies but this spot really wowed me. I had to book a last minute car for a two day trip. They only had vans listed online which I was skeptical about but I needed to book it. With the online booking you can pick it right up. Waiting outside the terminal, watch for a city sized bus for National, Alamo, and Enterprise. It took a little longer than the other pick up vans but the wait was not long. At the Enterprise stop, you can just walk up to the car and get in if you're already booked. When you drive out, they cross-check the car against your booking. This part took about 10 minutes including waiting behind a car. Coming back to drop off the vehicle, do not get in the rental return car lane. That is for all other rental agencies. Keep going around the circle in the right lane until you see signs for Enterprise. Then take the left into the lot, and follow the drop off instructions by the guys in the lot. All it took was driving up into a lane and leaving the keys in the vehicle. They scanned the car's barcode and check the gas level. That's it. Then walk over to the shuttle bus to get back to the airport. It was faster dropping off than picking up, which was already fast! I had the receipt in my email shortly thereafter. Oh and the Chrysler Pacifica I rented was not like my mom's van I used to drive in high school. Hybrid. Cooled seats. Sound system. Not bad. I would definitely rent from them again in the future.

I came to the area for a couple of days and rented a car here, which I reserved prior to arriving. The car I got was great, service from the folks I came in contact with was nice. The only issue is the horrible bus system to get to/from the terminal. In these modern days, NO AIRPORT SHOULD USE BUSSES for rental cars! I don't care what the reason or excuse - FIX IT!! Get rid of the busses and put the garage right outside the terminal. If you can't do this, then use a light rail system. But busses SUCK! They are inconvenient and in this situation, there were 50 people waiting just for the National Car Rental bus to appear. In the time we were all waiting, the Hertz, Avis, Budget, Sixt busses appeared more than once and only a few people got on them, but the amount of people waiting for kept building up, which told me I needed to run to the front and jump on as soon as I saw the national bus and it was a complete mess when it arrived. Terrible service! (And someone will reply from National asking me to go to a link which is worthless... Not sure why they reply with these canned responses)

I tried calling the local office 3 times to warn them that I'd be late on my return, but nobody answered so I assumed the local office had closed because of the snow too. And my original rental agreement said "Additional Days $59.39" so I figured at most I'd have to pay another $59.39 + tax for being late on top of the original amount already paid. Wrong. The staff member I dealt with upon my return cancelled the original $112.30 rental agreement and drew up another rental agreement, in which she charged me the highest walk-up rate possible for all my rental days. Then she ran the new total of $370.16 through my credit card before telling me of it. When I saw the new total on the printout, I asked why she didn't charge me the additional day rate on the original agreement. She told me it was not her problem, and to step away from her counter because I was "blocking other customers" (nobody was at any of the rental counters) or she would call the police. I asked for the 1-800 number for Budget customer service, and she turned away and proceeded to summon the Amtrak Police while I was on hold with them. One of the police officers asked if I was talking to Budget on the phone and after I said yes, asked me walk a short distance away and then quietly whispered to me "Look, this is how she is, so just stay away from her in the future." Which I will do - I'll never use this Budget location ever again. This whole situation took place almost 2 months ago, and it's taken until now for me to get everything straightened out with my credit card. (Budget's call center was super nice and eventually refunded all but the original $112.30 + $59.39 + taxes.)

I questioned why I was being charged for normal wear and tear on a vehicle? Clearly she could see there was no damage to the vehicle at all. Then she gave me the phone number to the claims department. I had to call and find out how to handle this False Claim cause they didn't have any information for me. While speaking with the claims department, I was told by a Claims Manager they placed a "DO NOT PROCEED" on the claim!! Two weeks later, I have spoken with the claims department twice which the second time I was told that I would receive an expedited reimbursement of my money within 5 to 7 days, which didn't happen. I called back 8 - 9 days and still NO RESULTS! Now I'm being advised to speak to a manager in the finance recovery! So who knows when I will get my $450.00 back. I want a phone call from Enterprise ASAP to rectify this unacceptable, unprofessional experience. ONE THING FOR CERTAIN ESSINGTON AVE. ENTERPRISE... WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN.!!!
