I called and asked questions. I received a quote of $388 to pick the vehicle up on Monday and I received a quote for $440 to pick up the vehicle on Sunday. The registered vehicle owner must be present and have current valid identification, they don't offer that important information. I brought a copy of the current registration. I brought my passport. I called ahead of time and inquired about the hours of operation and if somebody was there. I let them know I was coming, which vehicle was mine and how long it was going to take me to get there. I paid in cash. There is a 3% processing fee for credit or debit cards. Time it took me from arrival until I took possession of my vehicle was 18 minutes. The total price was less than quoted, I paid $380. No property was missing from the vehicle.
