The pricing is fair but the service is no bueno. I went there to get two tires but for some reason was totally ignored until another customer stated I needed help. I mean these guys would walk right past me and would not acknowledge in anyway while talking amongst themselves. No idea why. Probably my complexion or something. It's a mystery. Who knows? When I finally spoke to the guy he offers me two tires at a decent rate compared to other shops in the area. He directs me to a spot to park my car and by the time I get in my car to move it there a large truck is blocking my path an the mechanic looks away, and when I try to get his attention he ignores me once again and starts doing another task as if he doesn't want me there. I was flabbergasted to say the least. After this blatant disrespect I said to hell with this shop and just drove off and found the same tires cheaper elsewhere. Their loss not mine. The location is horrible by the way. Fender bender waiting to happen. It's in a tight alleyway shared with another auto shop with cars coming in and out constantly. read more

I called this morning to get a quote on the price of 4 tires. They gave a great price and when I pulled up I even asked the guy if i should just pay the difference and get the new ones. The man was completely honest and DID NOT try to upsell. Showed me the used tires and let me know they were in great condition! For the price they gave me, they were the best condition possible (for used)! Looks fresh and new to me, cant tell the difference! Hooked it up with a great brand and was in-and-out in 30 min flat. Not only were these guys professional and timely, they also are one of the few to have my size tire on-hand! I appreciate this business very much. read more

Make sure you check the "used" product before they put it on... They told me I was going to be getting a "like new" tire... I was under the weather so I didn't check what they were actually putting on, and they gave me a tire that was bald on half, they just put it on the inside so it wasn't noticeable. I went to show off my score to a friend and noticed the inside of the tire was bald!!! I judge a place by what they practice... and this place will absolutely not be getting my money ever again. Had to go back and waste my time to have THE LIKE NEW tire I was promised put on, for an additional $20... *rolls eyes* Now if I would have been told and given an option, maybe my review would have been a 5 star. Whether I'm buying new or used tires, Pits Tire has always had great prices, usually a few bucks lower than the other tire shops. The service is great and they do not pressure you to spend money on parts or other items. If they see an issue with a tire or potential front end problem, they'll bring it to my attention, and I decide what to do. They won't try to scare me with things that can happen if I don't spend money on the repair right then and there. I recommend this shop whole heartedly. read more

I took my tire to have it repaired. They repaired it in 10 minutes. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly.

Took my 67 Camaro there and all I got was robbed. Apparently the owner also had a Camaro and I ended up missing lots of expensive parts. I also paid him over 3k for work in which he never finished. I should of know better since it's a tire shop. I would go somewhere else if I was you. read more
