Attempted to fix the screen of an iPhone 6s myself. Bought the replacement glass and toolkit on Amazon for $13. The screen still worked, just cracked It was my understanding the just the glass was broken, and I needed to separate the glass from the actual LCD which is a difficult process. I got the phone apart, but couldn't get one last screw out to remove the glass So I put it back together, and the screen wouldn't even turn on anymore. We could hear clicking and it would vibrate, but no picture on the screen. Just blank. Long story short, brought it here, and in 30 minutes, they fixed everything like brand new. Nasser the owner has over 13 years of experience in this business. His assistants fixed my sisters IPhone 6 screen and microphone/SIRI function in 45 minutes -- quick! Total was $121. Nasser is extremely professional. Upon arrival he greeted us and explained to us the problems with the phone, free of charge. Sweet man! He is currently fixing my mom's iphone too, which I will pick up tomorrow. His business fixes laptops and monitors as well. Excellent customer service. Well done! I dropped my Galaxy s3 and cracked the screen. I called them and they quoted me $60 to fix it. From the time I dropped the phone off, they had it repaired within an hour and a half. I came in today to get my iphone 6 screen replaced and was happily greeted by John. The process only took about 35 minutes, which I just hung out around the area and waited. John was so friendly and helpful that he even gave me a free screen protector, which he put on for me. I highly recommend this place as it was super cheap to get my iphone screen replaced ($59 +tax) and everyone working there is so nice and chill! I found these guys on offer up so I decided to give them a try by messaging them. They agreed with giving me a deal for my charging port not working properly and my camera screen being broken. So I went in the next day and I waited patiently, they did keep my phone a little longer than expected but only because there was further damage discovered. For the excess damage that was fixed they never over charged me so I didn't show up with surprise charges, they stayed true to their word and only charged me the initial cost of what they told me when I dropped off the phone. This is a great company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs. FYI I have a note 4 and everything works great. Shady place! Got my screen fixed and LCD from these con artist for 190+. 4 days later screen doesn't work, they offer a fake 30 day warranty, the reason its fake is because when I went back to get it fixed they did not honor their warranty....... Moral of the story is you get what you pay for everywhere else was charging 200+... I should of saved my time and paid the extra money. The owner tells me he will sell me a laptop for $350 and I agree to buy it only if he can install my external hard drive on the laptop's and he agrees he will put it on the laptop hard drive for "NO CHARGE", and says to come back on Thursday. I remind him of this "NO CHARGE" when I come back and he says he "nearly got it on the laptop and give it another day", so this I do. When I come on Friday he's not there and I am told to come back on Monday, and at this time I tell the manager for the second time I do not want to buy the laptop with out the hard drive installed. When I call to get it Monday he wants $100.00 dollars more to put the drive on the laptop! He tells me about this expense one hour before I am supposed to pick it up for $350.00 but now he wants $450.00 LOL! Keep in mind every time I came to his shop he says he will call me. My phone has a dozen calls logged to his business but not a single one from him to me. Had he of had extra expenses doing what he said he would do he could have called and got my permission like all businesses registered with the Department of Consumer Affairs and not spring it on me at the last moment with his bait and switch plan. So that he is a cheat does not enter his brain only that he intends to recoup the money he paid someone else to learn how to install the All data program on a laptop that he admitted he did not know how to do. If this guy has cheated you or has tried to cheat you do not bother complaining to any one until you have a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. Only the D.C.A. will yank his license if he continues to charge more that the agreed upon price. Keep in mind he now has my $300.00 dollar program on his laptop that he has the nerve to tell me he would delete LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL! (RIGHT) What a CROOK! Loads my program on his laptop and wants me to pay him cause it took him so long to learn how to do it...LOL, LOL, LOL! (it take less that 15 minutes if you know how) and then wants me to pay him 25% extra to cover the cost of learning how to do it while he installs for free what I paid over $300.00 dollars for! LOOOOOLLLLLLL! Thanks to my program his laptop is easily worth $300.00 more so he thinks I am going to pay him for that enrichment! LOL, LOL, LOL! Let them know he upgrades his used laptop with the customers programs and then suddenly increases the price by over 25% because the customers program made his laptop more valuable! He then says he will delete the program from his laptop and I tell him tom go ahead and delete it. He then starts to delete the program and then stops. He Says "I'll do it later!" Right I'm so sure he is going to delete the program that enriched his laptop by $300.00 dollars! If he intended to delete that program he could have done it right then while I videoed him. The man had proven himself and his manager to be liars and so now he thinks I am so stupid as to fall for that twice! Called this place, guy told me that it would take 45 mins to repair my iPhone screen. I showed up 3 mins later and he told me one hour. Gave them my phone to be repaired anyways. Phone was finish in 50 mins. They put a sticker on my phone and scrap it off that left scratch marks. Before giving me the phone, they peeled off the screen protector. I told the guy he should of left it on for me so I can used it as a temporary screen protector. He then Ask if I would like him to put it back on? Which was no use since he already peeled it off. They offer a 30 day warranty, but not even after 3 hours, my phone was acting up already. Took it back in and they said that there was nothing wrong, that I might of just powered it off and restarted the phone while I was using it. Will not. Be returning here, will go to some other places for services next time if screen ever crack again. They have horrible customer service and phones not worth buying (bad inventory). Once they get your money they will not help any further. I came in on a Saturday to have my phone unlocked in which I paid $15 dollars. I returned the following Monday because they are closed on Sundays. Then I needed my phone activated. They wanted me to pay cash $25 dollars in which I couldn't because I had a debit card, so I paid $26 dollars. My phone was supposed to take 24hours to port over in which it did not. I had to go online to the cell phone provider to activate my phone that Thursday night. Friday evening I was able to fully make calls and text. Today, I called to request a refund and the man who assisted me in store provided the same service by talking over me and treating me like a third class citizen when he's the one with the strong accent. I would never recommend any family or friends. When I was being helped in the store that Monday, the rep told me to go set down somewhere because he couldn't concentrate I was making him nervous. Today's conversation in requesting a refund; unwilling to help me, I called him a a$$wh%le and said have a nice day. STAY AWAY, you are better off going somewhere else! read more

they fixed my z3 screen. charged me 110 first time and they said it has one week guarantee. it broke again withing that one week and they refused to fix it under warranty ... so i ended up paying another 110 $ ... the screen was all the time pop-ups from the phone and i saw everyone around how you can see the light and the gape between the screen and the phone. it fail and again the screen broke again. those 2 screens didn't last more than 3 months . while the original one lasted more thank 6 months . read more

Words can't even begin to say how grateful I am for Payless Wireless! I spilled a glass of wine (don't judge me lol) on the keyboard of my Macbook Air and my laptop wouldn't even turn on anymore. If you are ever having any issues with your iPhone, do not go to the Apple store and instead come to this place. I've had my iPhone 6 for 4 yours and I've banged it up so much that the screen finally broke. All the other buttons were working but the touch screen was not responding to my commands and glitching out pretty bad. I went to the Apple store to see if they could fix it and they said that the phone was not salvageable and that a new screen couldn't be placed in because the frame of the phone was bent. I didn't really care about whether or not the phone would survive; I was mostly worried about saving all the photos and videos I've taken over the years. I only bought the extra iCloud space after my phone broke and even then none of my photos were being sent up to the cloud. I was pretty devastated until I figured to try out this place and hope that they could at least retrieve the memory from the phone. I met John. He gives the phone a quick look, and confidently tells me, "Bro you have nothing to worry about it's just your screen!" I replied with, "Are you sure man? The frames kinda bent and the Apple store guys tell me that there's nothing that can be done." With my permission, he calmly and carefully takes the screen off, shows me where the damage was done, says it was just a screen issue, and assured me that it can be fixed even with the bent frame. He then gives me the cost of the repair, which was less than $50, and I entrust him with my phone and memories. In less than 30 minutes, my phone was good as new and I've never been more relieved! I immediately went home and transferred all my photos and videos onto the computer so to not have a similar situation again. Moral of the story: Don't trust those Apple "Geniuses", they're not there to fix your phone but to sell you a new one. If you're having any problems with your iPhone, save yourself the hassle and frustration with Apple and go to these guys instead! Go Payless Wireless!! read more

This place was amazing!!! I had a completely shattered Samsung Galaxy S5 screen and called several places around town to get quotes. I was quoted as high as $179 from other places!! I called Payless Wireless and they said they could take my phone that day for repair and the cost was less than half the price of other quotes I received. I took my phone in, dropped it off and picked it up later that same day. The screen looked immaculate!!! I wish I had taken before and after pics because describing it doesn't do it justice. It was as if it were brand spanking new again, and the service guys were so friendly and professional. I'll admit, when I first arrived at PAYLESS WIRELESS, I immediately wondered if it would be a mistake to leave my Macbook Pro there. The problem with the Macbook was a weird one; when a charger was plugged in, the computer would not always respond to the charger...this means that there were times when having a charger that worked on other macbooks perfectly hooked up to it, it would not respond. The battery would lose its charge and eventually go down to 0% then shut off...a few hours later (if i would leave it plugged in) it would randomly start charging again and I could use the computer again. I had taken the computer to 3 different places around town, tried resetting the SMC serveral times and still had this annoying problem. All of the places around town simply guessed about what might be causing the problem (one place put a new battery in my computer and another replaced and reinstalled the piece that the battery plugs into, figuring that since my charger worked and I had a new battery, the problem must be the connection...) and they all charged me for the work they did even though the charging problem continued. When I went back to Apple and told them about the problem and everything I had done to fix it, they said I probably needed a new logic board, which would take up to 4 business days and cost around $400. I could not afford to wait that long or pay that much... Finally, I found a Payless Wireless ad on Craigslist that said they could repair logic boards...and that repairing the part of my logic board that controls the charging function would probably be cheaper to do than replacing the whole logic board. This made sense to me, and since Payless Wireless' policy is "if we don't fix it, you don't pay," I decided to leave it with them and hope for the best. It took them only 1 business day to completely eliminate my Macbook's annoying charging issue and everything is working perfectly now! Where others tried and failed, Payless Wireless actually solved the problem! I only wish I had taken my macbook to them first because I could've saved a lot of time and money. This place is really my saving grace! I've been coming here for the past 3yrs and always great service. At first I was a little skeptical because they had switched owners.
