I was unimpressed and underwhelmed. When I broke my Nexus about a month ago, I chose the store in the area with the highest Yelp and Google reviews and I ended up here. Let me start off on a positive note, thier staff is very friendly and willing to work with you, but I have two major complaints. My first complaint is that thier work is... not good. Within two days of my first repair, my screen had started freaking out and I noticed they had not tightened a interior screw. My phone would randomly click items on the screen. Turning features on and off and part of my screen was completely dead. It would not accept a single input on the right sixth of my screen. Furthermore, the screw being loose was just as annoying because my phone would rattle everytime it rang or someone spoke during a phone call. I went back and explained the problem and a hairline fracture was discovered under the screen. I promise you, I did not drop my phone or try and snap it in half, I honestly think the crack was from the repair. I really appreciate them understanding that and they replaced my screen a second time at a parts only price (physical damages are not covered under warranty, no exceptions). After my second screen was replaced the screw remained loose and the rattling continues, on top of that my speakers no longer work. I am unable to make a phone call, I cant listen to music or videos. One step forward, two steps back. Anyways, my second complaint is that even though the staff is friendly, they are unreliable. When I dropped my phone off the first time, I provided them with a secondary number and they stated they would call after repairs were finished. After two hours that call never came. This happened a second time after my first repair didn't go so smoothly and I needed a new screen ordered. They had stated they would order the part and would call when it arrived. After 2 weeks... No call. You have to be very proactive with this business because they will not follow up. I am utterly disappointed with this business. I returned and they did fix my speaker and proximity sensor under warranty however, my phone continues to rattle and I have no interest in returning to this business for a fourth time. read more

These guys are amazing. I dropped my three month old iPhone 6 in water and knew it was a goner when it wouldn't even turn on after two days in rice. I took it to two other shops and they said there was nothing they could do to fix it. The second shop recommended me to these guys because they work on motherboards. sometime a go, I broke my Galaxy S3. First, I went to a t-mobile store. They said it would be around $120 only to have the screen changed, and they offered me to buy a new phone. I searched on Yelp and found Payless Wireless. I was feeling frustrated that day as I had broken my tablet a few months before. When I entered the store, the receptionist asked me how I was doing, and I told him the truth. He said I would be fine and made me feel better. They looked at my phone and told me that I had to change the LCD and the screen. I asked them how long it would take to have my phone fixed because I didn't want to go home and come back as I lived far away. My brother broke his iPhone 7plus screen. Completely shattered but surprisingly stayed on his phone. After a few weeks the LED started "leaking", leaving black spots all over the screen. Finally I was fed up and took him to get it fixed. I told him they might not be able to fix anything because of the black marks so we didn't have our hopes up. We get there and the young lady was very welcoming and attended us right away. She told me the price, around $70-$80 for an off brand screen and around $100 for an apple brand screen. We house off brand and she said it'd be ready in an hour. We came back and John the sales manager had it ready to go. It looked amazing, brand spanking new. This place is seriously so awesome. I shattered my iPhone 6s so I took it in to get fixed and they were so fast, it was ready in about 45 minutes. I paid 129$ which is great. When I was there I saw a sign that they fixed laptops as well, so I asked if they could fix my MacBook Air that was water damaged back in August. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. So a few days later I dropped it off and they worked on it for about two weeks. Apple would have fixed it in a little less time but ALSO charges 860$!!! My laptop is up and running perfectly at the flat rate of 250$!!! AMAZING. They did the exact same work Apple would've for an amazing lower cost. The guy who worked on it was Dennis and he is so awesome. Needed to replace the cracked lcd screen on my MacBook model A1342. Only ended up paying $100 which was the cheapest price I could find.

Had my galaxy note 5 LCD replaced here. They took longer than quoted to replace the screen and I had to call them to even find out it was ready. A week later the glass was popping out of my phone and when I pushed it back together the glass cracked. I took it in to payless under the assumption that they would honor their 30 day warranty. Turns out they try to run a scam on you and deny that anything is their fault. I told them the screen came loose as a direct result of the work they did. They told me they can't be sure and tried to weasel their way out of honoring their warranty. Then came the negotiating, they said they can fix it for $125, I said no they should fix it for free. More denying and blaming me, they told me I should have come in when it happened I explained it happened that morning. Anyways, they made it clear they were just trying to juice me for more money and weren't going to honor their warranty. So an expensive lesson learned, not only was the work mediocre at best, they aren't a business based on respect and honesty to their customers, just looking to make another dime off people. I walked out of there super irritated but I ended up finding a repair store that was recommended by the local AT&T store. They quoted me $90 to fix just the glass and when they realized the glass wasn't in stock, they dropped it to $70! read more

My phone fell out my pocket while I was pumping gas. I think my heart almost jumped out my mouth because I literally just replaced my screen and led screen a few weeks ago. I can't even tell you how mad I was that my stupid phone with my $30 shatter proof screen protector failed me and no longer turned on. I called them first and they answered the phone extremely professional so I decided to give them a chance and fix my phone. Over the phone they quoted me $59 to fix my iPhone 5 screen. Which was lowest I'd paid before. I dropped my phone off to them and ran some errands. When I picked it up the owner I assume was very honest and told me my phone wasn't broke. When I dropped my phone I guess I lost a connection and he fixed it for me for only $25. He saw me counting my money up and was like that's ok give me whatever you got. I think he thought I was close to the amount but a little short lol I told him no because I only had like 10 ones which was no where near $25. So I had to break a $100. I went to the Apple Store trying to fix my iPhone 5. I was not receiving any sound from the ear piece on the phone. Apple quoted me $125 saying that the display had to be replaced. Decided to pass on getting the phone worked on at Apple and called around. Called here and they said that they needed to so the phone before the would give me a quote but said they would give me a good deal. Left the phone with them and came back. Phone was fixed and it only cost me $35. Friendly people with great prices. If anything messes up again, I will be back here for sure. read more
