I called 4 Star Plumbing around 1:30 pm and by 2:20 p.m. they had someone at my house. Derek was very nice and I felt horrible for him to climb the roof in this heat. Word of advice: ask for the price ahead of time so you don't have a sticker shock. It cost $500 to snake two pipes they... the cost is the same for one or two or three pipes if they have to get on your roof that's the cost. If you know where your cleanout is it is slightly cheaper. Derek asked me where they sneaked it last time and I told him that they came down the roof. The entire process took about an hour Derek took his time, ran the water, snaked again, Etc.
