And they offer no burnt ends: "we're so busy, we would have no time to serve burnt ends." BBQ sauce was almost black and tasted burned. It was inedible. Beans were thin and pale and way too soupy. The cole slaw was soupy and very sweet. Since this place is apparently popular, and our servings were so different from BBQ in Texas and FL and SC, MS folks like a very strange facsimile of real BBQ.
