He also suggested tightening all of the neutrals in the breaker box to help address the flickering, and since then everything has been working perfectly with no issues at all. Dempey sent out a licensed electrician and his helper. Now I have learned that NONE OF THE DROPS were rewired. See below picture, almost caused a fire.
