my bestfriend had brought a car from them... these people are scammers. she got a car and the engine light came on she took it back to get it fix and come to find out they kept the car because it was an owner actual car and then lied and told her it was because her income was not verified but it was they tried to say she lied on her paper work but she did not. michael told her she will get her money back but denise the lady car who they gave her stated she could not. we are taken this to court and following up with bbb. denise is still riding around in the car they so call car the gave me with my insuance and tag!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Okay consumers it's me again Gloria doing another review on PC Auto sales Jacksonville Florida Southside the worst mom and pop car lot there is in Jacksonville I'm doing this review today so someone who has had the bad experience that I had can take action and other consumers need to know not to buy a vehicle from this Mom and Pop raggedy location I'm going to give you some places to write to so that you can report them if you've had a bad situation and just to let you know I've also send letters out to these companies start with reporting them to the better Business bureau the Federal trade commission the attorney general and I would like you to boycott the finance companies that they use even though they denied me for credit it still doesn't matter that PC Auto sales can keep my deposit my trade and threaten to do a repossession because I return the vehicle the company's are nationwide Southeast LLC Rosemont Illinois Mid-Atlantic finance company in California Solera Auto finance in Irving Texas and Credito real USA finance in California also and do his idea I have wrote our news channels here in Jacksonville about this car lot I am determined to do all I can so another consumer do not go through what I've been through don't forget go to small claims court you have that right as a consumer don't let this Mom and Pop organization take your hard-earned money the vehicles they have on the car lot are lemons I know Florida has a lemon law as is but this is ridiculous consumers don't allow them to keep your money for the trash that they sell read more

Mine is a tale of a mixed review. As with any transaction, I suppose, there are good points and bad points, but in ALL transactions, the cardinal rule still applies -- BUYER BEWARE! I had never purchased a car from what I call "roadside used car dealers" before, much less do it from a distance. But PC Auto Sales had my dream car, a yellow Mustang GT Convertible, and I set about to see my dream realized. Denise, Matt and Rick are all great people, and will do whatever it takes to get you the information you need and will do whatever it takes to get you into your car. Denise, in particular, goes above and beyond to provide you great customer service, at least until now. I wish the quality of their cars was as good. If you read nothing else in my review, please read this: absolutely INSIST on taking the car you have chosen to a qualified dealership of YOUR choice and have your car inspected thoroughly. It is not only your right to do that, it is the law that they must allow you (See the FTC laws regarding used car dealerships). That law states that every used car dealer must display on every car the Buyer's Rights. PC Auto Sales does not do that. You never see the Buyer's Rights until you sign the final papers. Nevertheless, in those Buyer's Rights it tell you in black and white that you have the right to take the car to a dealership for inspection prior to purchase,. I did not know that until after the fact. The very minute my car was delivered to me, I took it to my local Ford Dealership where they deemed the car unsafe to drive. The control arms on both front wheels were so bad, the tire actually leaned outward. The back axle was leaking fluid and needed to be resealed. The clutch was shot. $4800 later, it is in good running order, but clearly should not have been on any car lot anywhere in the condition it was in as it could have killed the driver and whoever happened to be in the way when the wheel fell off. I'm not saying that every car on PC's lot is in similar condition. I'm just saying "beware". Insist on an inspection, and if they won't allow you, walk away. That was a month ago. I don't blame PC Auto Sales. They do what they do. Unscrupulous? Probably. But so are so many of them. I blame myself for not having been more savvy and smart enough to know about the FTC laws. Today? Today I sit here a month later with an expired temp tag, no tag, no registration, no title and no paperwork promised from the dealer that shows I even own the car. Unacceptable in my book. Even more unacceptable that emails requesting such go unanswered. Tomorrow I have to go to the DMV, get an attorney and try to force them to give up the title and the tag. That just shouldn't happen! I can't even get a key made for the car because I can't prove it's mine! I have gotten not even a copy of the Bill of Sale to prove I even bought it! They've given me nothing. That awesome customer service prior to the sale, disappeared once they got their cash. I wouldn't recommend PC Auto Sales, but I wouldn't discourage it either. Just be smart, beware and get that inspection! And don't leave the lot without some kind of paperwork that says you own your car! read more

These guys are very misleading on the cars they have. I asked Denise specific things about a car and was lied to about 4 different issues. Drove from NC to Florida to pick the car up to find a car that was in terrible shape all around. Sent 3 email about not giving my deposit back with no response. Don't be fooled by the nice website and pics, the place is a old gas station. I should have looked at all the bad reviews first. They wanted to sip the car to NC for $150 now I know why !!! read more

I bought a car in June 2016 from PC Auto Sales - and purchase a 4 year warranty that is worthless - I have paid as much in repairs as I paid for the car. PC Auto Sales told me the car went through 150 check points - no way this car went through any type of inspection check points. Matt of PC Auto Sales had the oil changed in the car before I left the lot. I live in Georgia about 2 hours from PC Auto Sales. I had to stop and put oil in the car before getting home. The car has turned into a nightmare. This place is a true rip off. And this is PC Auto Sales of Jacksonville. Charles Cash - I am thinking about seeking an attorney for a law suit but not sure if I should waste my money since I am in Georgia. Beautiful BMW but not worth a penny - Car was trash as in mechanical condition before ever driving off the lot. They had just cleaned it up to look beautiful but after 100 miles leaving the lot the problems began and of course the warranty they sell isn't worth the paper it is written on. read more
