As a teacher I rely on my computer for everything. Especially during distance learning. My computer wasn't working so I looked for a place that had good ratings and friendly service. Autumn was the woman who helped me, explaining the process & patiently allowed me to take her through the issues my PC was having. I was able to drop it off & come back for it! My daughter had a power plug end that had broken off in her laptop and he popped it out in 10 seconds, then let us borrow a plug until we could get a replacement. Then he helped debug my mouse problem and helped determine my mouse was broken. As I left I asked how much I owed him - no charge! thanks, I can't say how good the customer service is!!! read more

Tony is great! I had an older Hp laptop that was slow and overall just not working. I wanted to wipe the whole thing since I was giving this old laptop to my nephew. Disclaimer: I am incredibly non-tech savvy. In the middle of a huge work project, my poor home Acer PC lost power. In a panic, I tried to call multiple places near my home. Either no one answered, or they were unable to accommodate me. I called Tony at PC Parlor, and he not only responded quickly, but had me bring my PC in right away. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and assisted right away by the Amazing Ivan. He immediately diagnosed my problem as the power supply (which he demonstrated for me), and was able to give me a quote and replace the part in about 30 minutes. Called in to see if they could help me with troubleshooting my first PC build. They let me know about any fees beforehand and accommodated me right away. Tony not only identified what the exact problem was, he kindly explained common mistakes and how to avoid them which was very helpful to me as a first time builder. PC Parlor has given me great service over the years and this last time also after they cleaned my 12+-year-old PC of malware after a fraud attempt. Technician Natan assisted me over the phone in finding the problem with my HDMI cable when I was trying to reconnect the TV that I use as my computer screen. He logged into my computer remotely and checked the settings until he found the one that said the HDMI cable was not connected. After I tried reconnecting the cable several times, he suggested that it might be the cable. I tried another cable that I had and that one worked. I have had the older mechanical hard drives in at least two of my computers replaced with SSD hard drives when the existing ones deteriorated with age. I found the repairs to be effective and timely. Also, my most recent repair included not only a deteriorated hard drive, but also viral infection, which they removed, and a problem with getting my printer to function. After my return of the repaired computer, the printer issue persisted. So Parlor staff addressed it by remote access to the computer, i.e. me not dragging it back to their shop, to uninstall and then reinstall the printer drivers and connections resolving that lingering issue, and without additional charge. So PC Parlor stands behind their work and I recommend them. read more
