THANK GOD FOR BEN! My business computer was "dead" and it was already mid-afternoon and i was ... FRANTIC!!! So i googled "computer repair near me" and thankfully, Ben's store was right at the TOP! ... So I called Ben, and he said "free estimate" (music to my ears) and bring it right over! WOWWWWWWWW! So I was there within the hour and because I'm disabled, Ben was kind enough to remove the computer from my minivan. Came in and asked for a simple bench test on an RTX 5090 GPU. $75 which I was happy to pay, she asked questions which showed she understood the systems and why it might not post, unnecessary as I just wanted a GPU bench test. Then I get a call to pick up the GPU because the serial didn't match the box. I've had 4 of these this year for different projects. I had a minor problem with the software on my computer and Jayson, fixed it wile I wated.

So I have a Lenovo mini think station and it went bad. So I took it Torrance computer service. John took my mini and said they would call if there was any developments. I did not expect a call the next day. Ben told me and explained to me in laymen's terms what was wrong and what options I had then told me I still had two months of warranty left. I had no idea. So I called Lenovo and they said they will take the mini and have it repair replaced. Ben needed a bit locker number for it. I was clueless but he explained very clearly where and how to get that information. I had the info in 10 minutes and sent it to him. After I told him that I and having Lenovo repair it, he backed up my data from my drive and said when I get the repaired one back he can load the data back to me. The best part is I didn't have to put a second mortgage for any repairs he was willing to do before the warranty. No sales pitch no additional costs no tacked on fees. Straight forward and honest. TCS is a gem of a computer repair shop in South Bay. Since the last repair at the shop, I have not had any problem with my high performance laptop. This time I had to take it in because the thermal cooling system needed replacement after years of using it nonstop. Ben took everything apart, cleaned it, and reapply the thermal system. Had an issue with my desktop, and while I was vaguely aware of what it was I wanted to be sure and get some options on how to fix it. The guys listened to my issues, despite my lack of knowledge, and were patient and understanding. After just a day or so they called, told me exactly what they found wrong and walked me through it perfectly. They then told me they'd like to keep it for another day, as they may have found another slight issue to test. Totally cool by me, I was ecstatic to have a diagnosis! Then they called again, they'd found another issue, so they gave me advice, their estimates on what they'd charge, and answered all of my questions again. When I told them I wasn't sure about these fixes right now, and would get back to them they were super understanding, gave me my PC and still told me the estimate was free, despite all their labor in looking at it! My 1 year old Laptop didn't have a large enough hard drive space for the Microsoft update so I added a larger drive but after cloning the old drive, when I booted the laptop the keyboard and mouse wouldn't work.
