Despite numerous attempts (and diagnosis time/effort), Outlook just refused to connect up with my email server (Google). I used Yelp, rather than the 800 number (which reportedly is slow in responding). Well a Yelp inquiry wasn't much faster as I didn't get a response for a day and one half. The good news is that Ken got back to me and things went well after that. We set up a remote access day and time. The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files). He even suggested a better virus protection software product along with improved Ad Blocker software. I am very pleased with the knowledge and support of Ken. They charge for a minimum of one hour and he had me working in 40 minutes. He told me that if I have another issue, I can use the remaining 20 minutes of help.

I had an amazing experience with Dan's Computer Repair…read more He was very quick to respond, and asked me a lot of good questions to get clarity on the issue I had reached out to him about initially-my laptop wasn't charging properly. He came and picked up the laptop so he could try to diagnose the issue. Well, after testing it and looking at it, he said there was nothing wrong. And the darn thing was charging for him! Doh! He promptly dropped my laptop back the next day and wasn't going to bill me because there was no issue to repair. But, given the efforts he had put in and the driving back and forth, it didn't feel right so I gave him something to say thanks because he absolutely deserved it. AND....not sure if he gave the thing a pep talk but my laptop has been working perfectly since then. Dan is professional, communicative and timely. All things I really appreciate in anyone, especially a vendor. His initial quote on the repair costs was also very reasonable and I appreciated that he said he would let me know if it would cost more than the quote and that he would get my approval before doing any repairs. I highly recommend reaching out to Dan to for help with any hardware or software issues you may be experiencing with your tech. I happened to find Curtis, the owner of the business, through YELP. I needed someone to fix a…read morecomponent on my board for my dash of my motorcycle, as the component had fallen off. Curtis had immediately answered the phone and I was able to drive over there that day (it was a Saturday) and drop it off. He was very professional and up front on the cost. He called me a day or two later to let me know that he couldn't get the component reattached to the board so he had to do hours of research to figure out the part number and then order it from across the country. As soon as he got the piece in, he notified me and kept me updated on how it was going. I was able to pick it up a few weeks later as he was able to get it attached! Unfortunately, due to me getting sick, I haven't been able to fully test it, but I was able to install the board back into my dash and when I turned the key, the dash and the electronics all came on so that's a great sign! He called me a few days after I picked it up to see how it went! He was very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has motherboard, computer, IT issues! And he had cleaned the entire board (cause water was getting into the case and drying on it) and told me how to keep it water tight for next time!
