I had a problem that developed suddenly one day with a "jumping cursor" that made typing impossible, typing stopped, the Cursor randomly jumped around the screen and the iMac made an annoying "bong" sound. It would happen as frequently as 3 times in typing something as short as one of these lines. After 2 weeks of utter frustration I anticipated having to return to the Genius Bar with my iMac to have it completely rebuilt, Worried that I hadn't sufficiently backed up all data (among other things I was getting messages my Disk was full) I called Jonathan to check things over before going to Apple. He spent several hours doing a complete analysis of my iMac, found some Library Files that were not being used but were taking up huge amounts of space. He came and picked up the laptop so he could try to diagnose the issue. Well, after testing it and looking at it, he said there was nothing wrong. And the darn thing was charging for him! Doh! He promptly dropped my laptop back the next day and wasn't going to bill me because there was no issue to repair. But, given the efforts he had put in and the driving back and forth, it didn't feel right so I gave him something to say thanks because he absolutely deserved it.
