The inside of the stove AFTER the SECOND service call. This black soot lands on my pans, MY FOOD and all over my kitchen.

Purchased a Frigidaire stove in October 2023. It was installed incorrectly and blew black smoke for two weeks before anyone would come look at it. I was told it smells bad because "it's new." Black soot landing on food and coating the inside of the oven. FIRST SERVICE MAN came weeks later and noticed that they had hooked it up for a gas oven and not propane, which I had paid $300 for a conversation kit for. They switched it over and it continued to smoke and not work properly. Needs to be 50 - 100 degrees higher in order to cook anything. Called service and the store repeatedly and was left on hold, hung up on, and once rudely told "we are not returning your stove because it's dirty" after being told it was filled with soot. SECOND repair came and saw how bad it was and he took it apart and we scrubbed every inch of it side by side at the sink. He ordered a replacement thermometer and the entire interior of the stove. The parts took a month to arrive. THIRD service repairman came and wouldn't even install the new parts because he said that they would just "get sooted up again" and that we should call PC RICHARDS for an exchange. Called the store AGAIN and was told "I don't know how this is my problem" and told to call service department again in order to try and get a replacement. I am currently waiting for someone to call me back because I was disconnected twice. I have been on hold forever over a dozen times, been hung up on, been rudely spoken to and still have an oven that is blowing black smoke, ruining my dishes and likely poisoning my food. WORST customer service of all time. I have purchased appliances with this company for 35 years and never had this experience. THREE MONTHS with my NEW STOVE and it still doesn't work. Ready to put it in the truck and drive it back to the store.

Worst customer service ever! 10k in appliances came damaged to my house and driver force me to take delivery. Said he would lose his job if he didn't deliver them. PC Richards just wants a sale and DOES NOT CARE about their products or delivery after they have your money.

We have been searching sales for quite a while and ended up taking a chance on these appliances. We typically buy our appliances and add extended warranties. For the price, we decided it was worth the risk. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted. The refrigerator was literally brand new with only one minor cosmetic blemish. The stove was not as perfect but was a great deal. Andy was helpful and even assisted the delivery driver. I was surprised to see him on the delivery. The items were carefully packed and well worth the $50 in the delivery fee.

And they were all so helpful! I had two separate large orders of blocks and wood, plus a wheelbarrow. The wheelbarrow wouldn't fit in my car, nor would anything else. I placed one order at customer service with a terrific lady who had a lot of service pins and brown hair, but whose name I can't remember, sadly, because I was crazed, and one today at the Pro desk with Dave. Both were very knowledgeable and helped me place my orders with efficiency. The garden center is in full bloom, with a great selection of plants. Prices do seem high, alas, but I haven't checked out local nurseries yet. I bought some flowers, planted nearly all, and easily returned three that had gotten brown and floppy. Will go back later for vegetables. I don't have any complaints. Not entirely happy about some of the prices, but for landscaping blocks, they still have good deals.
