I will say there were very few matching pots, so I was lucky. But the prices were much better than big box stores. Very large pots were $60 here, compared to $150 elsewhere. I also got two soaker hoses for $10 each. They had a large selection of rugs, all manner of non-refrigerated groceries, pool stuff, electronic accessories, hair appliances, housewares, party supplies, etc. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful, and signed me up for their free rewards card. And, OMG, they had GLUTEN-FREE OREOS!! I absolutely do not need to be eating cookies, but how could I resist? They were cheaper than at the supermarket. Sigh.

I placed one order at customer service with a terrific lady who had a lot of service pins and brown hair, but whose name I can't remember, sadly, because I was crazed, and one today at the Pro desk with Dave. Both were very knowledgeable and helped me place my orders with efficiency. The garden center is in full bloom, with a great selection of plants. Prices do seem high, alas, but I haven't checked out local nurseries yet. I bought some flowers, planted nearly all, and easily returned three that had gotten brown and floppy. I spent a day and a half trying to reach an actual person. When I finally got through, I was connected to a representative in South Africa. After explaining the entire situation, I was transferred right back to the automated system. I was told that I could not be connected to the store because the employees were busy helping customers. Apparently, once Best Buy has your money, you are no longer considered a customer. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I asked and low and behold they had one! Prices are a tad high but they have an unadvertised senior citizen discount once a week. I think it's Tuesday! Could be Thursday though. Can not remember.
