The first one was a blue train with Lego details . The second one was a Jake from Jake and the neverland pirates. When I asked Antonio if he could do them he brought up pictures on his lap top asked if that was what I had in mind and told me it was "not a problem" he could do them both. He asked me what size I needed and explained about how large the pinates would be and told me he could have them both ready in one months time. He even stated that he could do a pinate for an adults party. He called 2 days prior to when I needed the pinates and stated that they were both ready. When I picked them up I could not believe how good they both looked. The train was bright blue with black wheels and Legos decals. Jake the pirate had a blue vest, a sword, and a parrot on his shoulder. They were perfect. Both children were thrilled when they saw them. Then comes the fun part of breaking the pinate. The pinates were so well made that each child had several turns hitting the pinate. The pinate stick was broken in half on each pinate. Before the pinate was broken open. These pinates are so well made. Antonio was very nice and easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would do and fulfilled the order early. The price was more then I would have paid if I had ordered from a big box store but those pinates break apart to easily and not every one gets a turn with the stick to hit the pinate. With Antonio I was able to get the exact pinate that was wanted. I will definetly order more pinates from Antonio and is Out of this world Pinates store.

We bought a Christmas gift that literally broke while we were still opening gifts. This was gifted to a gentle kid who was not using it outside of the expected use, and a piece broke off. I took it back to the store and the employee man-splained to me that even though it was broken, it still worked. He actually located the item on Amazon to show me what part was missing. I LITERALLY WATCHED IT BREAK. It was beyond insulting. I finally said that if he wasn't going to exchange or refund, Id like to leave (he kept the item this entire time and wasnt giving it back). Additionally, we bought a lionel item for a family member who had a duplicate. They had a record of the sale in the computer and still found a way to deny an exchange of an unopened item. Stores like this are why Amazon thrives. Even when I try to buy from the little guys, they find a way to make me regret it.

After he looked at all the cards he was reluctant to give me a number. So I had to play the guessing game and just figure out what he was valuing it at. I had already done research on my cards so I knew what they were worth in my head. Well over $100. I asked him if he would trade for a $20 card and a $10 card. Making the value $30. I knew I was taking a loss but I didn't really Care, I figured I might as well trade cards I don't want for some cards I do want even if I'm taking a Loss in value. He said no way, It's impossible to get to that value, I'm valuing your cards at like $15. So I just laughed, Got on my phone and started getting screen shots of the values of all my cards So I can show him what I'm seeing. I finally get around to explaining to him the values of my cards with picture proof, And he says yeah but you're pulling that up on an app, Apps generate fake Sales too so it's not reliable. And then he said he goes off of eBay Instead. Funny thing is when you click on the links on the app it takes you to the eBay listing and it shows the price it was sold at. So I told him this is eBay, And by the way eBay is also an app. Then he just started arguing, And acting obnoxious. Saying he doesn't use apps, Blah blah blah. He also went on to say eBay is full of fake sales, but had just said he doesn't use apps, just eBay sales. I told him that everybody Uses these apps to determine the value of cards. He asked me who is everybody. I said other collectors, Other card shops. And he said are they running my business? And then he said when you order something on eBay can you get it in 30 seconds. And I said no. And he said exactly that's the benefit of retail is that you can get it in 30 seconds and not have to pay for Shipping and fees. I said OK well you're just making my point stronger than because that means people paid more than what you're saying my cards are worth not only on price, But they also paid fees and shipping. Got to the point where I just had to leave, When I got out to my car I realized I had forgotten my drink inside and went back in. When I went back in he said some smart comment to me, In front of another customer. Just more of his usual nonsense. This guy is an absolute clown, And to his question about if these other places and people are running your business, No they are not. And that's why they are bigger than you, And that's why they have more product than you when you have none. The only product you have Is what you buy at another retail store, because nobody is sending you anything. You're too small of a business. And it's probably because of how small your way of thinking is.
