I have known Soroush Sabzi and the little repair work he was doing in those days from SMC and university times which is now PCHelperTeam, pchelperteam.com from about 10-15 years ago. I personally am not technical when it comes to computers but one thing old school people does know, that's old fashioned customer services and competitive pricing! I think I will rate them 5 stars because they have been available most of the times and even odd hours to help me. I don't have to wait in line like in BestBuy or other shops. They also have helped me with a wide variety of problems which I would normally have to go to different places for. Also I have called other places like Fry's and same repair job they quoted for over 140 dollars PCHT quoted me for less than an hour of work for about 60-80. PCHT never has failed me to deliver in either areas. Soroush is sweetheart of a fellow and he always asks questions and charts the whole picture and then gives me options and takes care of the job. WOW what a service, --- thank you guys for taking my call in such early hour, I am so relieved, you guys really made my day. Dolphin Suite which has Imaging, Management and Letter System components and Patterson Eagle-soft Suite are both highly sophisticated, complex and elaborate dental and orthodontics practice software and as a user you will have to go through a long and painstaking process to learn using them. On one other laptop that I use for specific work, I by mistake did no remove the AC charger connector and during transportation it broken. Charger jack was loose and broken and he managed to find and order the right part from ebay and it costed me 5 bux to get the part and then he actually open the whole laptop and extracted the circuit boards and all kinds of parts and cables and did some cleaning of the board and re soldered the jack and it feels like new to me again!
