BEWARE!!!! Placed an order on 6/23/18. Received an order confirmation and the credit card transaction immediately, but no other response for this company. Called and let a message on Monday 6/24/18 not realizing they were closed on Monday's. Received a call back on Tuesday - 6/25/18 saying my order was shipping that day from Texas. Hoping to get a tracking number, I call back on Wednesday, but no one answered. I have called both 775-410-0074 and 951-427-7420 everyday since then and no one has answered. I've even sent an email with my order confirmation back to them. As of today, Thursday - 07/12/18, I have not received any communication from this company. I have 2 experiences with PDI. I ordered a set of Giant Loop Saddle bags from them and received them in just a few days. Shipping was fast and the price was the best I had seen. The second experience was not so great. Order was placed Dec 2nd and still hasn't shown up on 12-22-16. They won't answer their phone or emails for over a week now. Looks like we will have to file a claim with our credit card. To bad. I can't believe anyone would go to all the effort of building an on line business and then treat people like this. They are going to be done with on line soon going at it like this. Later, PDI just called me back. I had them checked the order, they said it was on back order and would be shipped on 12-29-16. I spoke with Russell, he was helpful and courteous, and said he had emailed us stating that the item was on back order. We looked through our emails and junk, but couldn't find it. Just terrible. Aug 15 - Ordered a part for a customer. Sep 4 - item has not arrived nor had I received any shipping confirmation. Get an email that i hadnt finished the payment but when checking my credit card statement found they had charged me. Googled PDI to find phone number only to discover tons of poor reviews. Called PDI several times but no answer. My customer needs the part and I cant get hold of PDI. Called Visa to raise a dispute. Ordered the part from another source... It arrived 3 days later. Oct 11 - credit card company gives me back my money. Oct 19 - receive an email from PDI that i had been refunded (remember they sent me an email saying i hadnt paid) I see some positive reviews here but it looks like locals. They maybe a good company but they they need to stay out of the online ordering business until they decide to take it seriously. read more

Ordered an item here about two weeks ago off their website. I noticed after two business days that I didn't receive a follow up email with shipping confirmation. Concerned I called to get a status on my order. Nobody answered the 10 phone calls I made that day. I also called 10 times each day for the next 5 days and wrote an email. Ordered an older FLY Jersey from this company on 04/21 and was so excited about receiving it as my local FLY dealer advised me they did not have this style available. After waiting a few days I decided to send an email to make sure it was actually coming because I had read that a lot of people had received their orders before it showed shipped onsite. No response to my first email so I tried a few days later and still did not receive a response. Still gave them the benefit of the doubt as I work in customer service and understand things happen. If it wasn't for my helmet finally being delivered I would issue 1 star. I ordered my helmet late May, and after TEN calls, I never got to speak to anyone. After the 3rd call, I began calling from different numbers, thinking that after my voicemail they were purposefully avoiding my calls. Never an answer, and absolutely never a call back after I left voicemails requesting a call back or just any sign of life... September 13 is when my helmet finally arrived. Three and a half months... no communication, no "your item is backordered", no "your item is being delivered", no answers, no returned calls. I'm glad I didn't lose my money but this kind of service will definitely make me or anyone else avoid repeat business. I understand if this is a one man operation, and it very well may be, but a simple apology for the delay and some sign of life would've put me at ease, even though other retailers had the helmet in stock for months now. Please don't support this online thief. Here is how the scam goes... Get a good deal from PDI racing and place order, you are charged instantly but your order is not fulfilled. You open dispute with your bank and then he will drop ship your order the day your bank contacts him. YOU are then filling a wrongful dispute that cannot be reopened as per some federal regulation. I'm not sure how people are saying things like "The person I talked to was great on the phone...". I placed an order and called them about 15 times over the period of a week. I could not get a hold of anyone. My order showed as "waiting fulfillment" for over a week and couldn't contact anyone either via email, phone or store portal. I had to file a dispute with Paypal and they finally issued a refund after Paypal got involved. Their prices are much lower than any other place and that's the problem. If it looks to good to be true... I would stay away from this place and I hope more people read reviews before ordering something that seems like a great deal. PDI-I need your help in fixing my order. I ordered 4 tires which came in the wrong size. I have a race next week and NEED these tires for this race. I initially sent several emails and voicemails requesting these tires (due to their competitive price) and finally was able to place the order online. I never received confirmation of the order and the next day asked for a tracking #. I got one of the four tracking #'s and didn't notice the wrong tire size at that time, however the order was already shipped. I rec'd the wrong size tires yesterday and have emailed and called PDI four times to rectify this problem. I will update this review and provide a positive response if we can get this order fixed. I hope PDI understands the urgency in this and I due understand mistakes can happen. Let's just get it fixed. 15 min later-I just rec'd a call from PDI and they are working on fixing my problem. I purchased a part for my dirt bike before reading reviews of this company which isn't typical of me. Especially when a part is much cheaper than any other store. So, needless to say, I was very skeptical that I'd ever see the part and would have to file a claim with the credit card company. However, the part arrived today!!! Pros- Always returned phone calls and was polite on the phone. They provided the tracking number once it shipped. They did update my account of the order status. They offer a massive amount of parts and accessories. Cons- Email communication is zero and it would be nice if parts were noted to be back ordered before purchasing. Products drop ship from other locations which probably limit displaying item availability. No notice when purchased parts are back ordered after purchase. My part took just a few days short of a month to arrive, but it was about 15% cheaper than anywhere else. So, for the wait, I paid $153 which would have cost me $180 anywhere else for. Actually, no one else was offering that price for that part anywhere. I would consider ordering from them again, so long as I didn't need the item very quickly. If you have the time, give these guys a chance. They get a bad rap from people that aren't patient or needed their items quicker than these guys can provide. Communication through the website and email isn't the best, but every time I called, they answered or got back to me the next day. Thanks PDI! read more

Follow up to PDI Racing review. Well never got my wrong part exchanged or a refund of every heard from these piece of s$^%/ people! If you buy from them you deserve what you get after all the reviews. I did have an excellent experience with Dragonfire Racing in Chandler Az. They exchanged the wrong part from pdi for the right Dragonfire part no questions asked. ( well except about pdi racing business practices selling their products). Got my new part from Kyle immediately and couldn't be happier! Dragonfire is an excellent company with same customer service. They have my business from now on exclusively and will go right to them instead of trying to save a buck at some cut rate shop. read more

My husband ordered an exhaust they said would fit his motorcycle. It took weeks to arrive and when it finally did (after multiple phone calls), it did not fit. After another few phone calls, he got ahold of someone to return the exhaust. They said they would refund the exhaust plus our shipping charges. That was over 8 weeks ago and we still have no refund. My husband has tried contacting them multiple times, with no success. We're sending a letter demanding payment. If that doesn't work - small claims court here we come! read more

Should have read the reviews before ordering! Ordered a set of brake pads and paid half the cost again for 3 day shipping. I even sent a follow up email asking PDI to make sure my order went out and to notify me if their was a problem, as I had a race the coming weekend. They took my money the day of the order and three days later nothing. Tried to call their phone number - no answer. Sent a follow up email - no repsonse, Seven days later I sent another email - no response. At the end of the seventh day I recieved the brakes. Sent another email asking to be refunded for the money I paid them for the three day shipping as it took seven days for me to recieve my parts - never got a response. There are plenty of places that ACTUALLY care about their customers. This is not one of them. I will never order from them again and warn all my racers buds about PDI's poor customer service. Absolutely do not buy from PDI Racing. I did not read the reviews prior to ordering, and regret it. The details: I called to confirm the Seadoo part was in stock prior to ordering. Russell assured me it was in stock and I would receive the part the following Tuesday (in 4 business days). This was important as the Seadoo broke right in the middle of our annual 2 week vacation and I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. After waiting until after Tuesday, I started calling PDI Racing. They never answer the phone. I left 4 messages, and have yet to receive a call back. I also emailed, but once again, no response. They billed my credit card right away, yet never shipped the product. Thanks to Russell's lying about stock and shipping, I have a broken Seadoo for the remainder of my vacation. If there was zero star rating, that is what I would give PDI Racing. read more
