Fast, fresh, friendly, and clean. What more can you ask for? This place doesn't serve your typical frozen chicken tenders, and there are no warming lamps in sight. Each order is burn your mouth hot, fresh out the fryer goodness. The sauces are fantastic too! I'd recommend the sweet Sriracha. I will say the tenders can run a bit smaller than some other chains, so don't be intimidated to order a larger quantity. read more

The food was good. My chicken sandwich was a little undercooked. After I gave it back they told me they would bring another one to my table. That didn't happen. I had to go back up to the counter and when I did they said they tried to find me but couldn't. But I showed them where I was sitting before leaving the counter. I will chalk that up to it being grand opening week and they were overwhelmed. However they did redeem themselves by giving me two coupons and free fries. I couldn't give them a bad review because I love pdq especially the one located in the villages. So I will be giving this pdq another shot!!!!! read more

So I wanted to see what all the hype was about. So after my one and only visit, I don't see it. I ordered a southern buffalo chicken salad. There was literally four tiny chunks of over fried chicken, a pile of white rice, and a spoon full of corn. The flavor was OK, but it's a buffalo sauce. We also ordered grilled chicken strips. There were four small strips and a very small bowl of broccoli. The entire meal, enough for one was over $17. The problem is that if your put a catchy name or advertise that it's a healthy alternative to fast food, the masses buy into that crap. I don't mind getting take out every now and then, but I could have cooked a meal for four with left overs for the cost of this way overpriced nicely packaged Chic fil a, No thanks. At least with CF you feel like your getting a decent meal for a fair price. Don't get me wrong, the don't use the best ingredients either, but the cost is about half. read more

This is a new chain to us. It is also relatively new to Clermont. It replaced the old Zab Thai building that used to be here, which I gave a very poor review. We have dined here a few times already. It is fast food salads and chicken sandwiches. It is a noisy, busy restaurant. But, very open and sunny. We have tried several different items on the menu and have enjoyed them all. The only thing is, we try to stay away from spicy things so we have to ask them to admit anything spicy in whatever we order. But everything we have tried has been very enjoyable, tasted very fresh, and at a good price and we will be back. read more

Tried PDQ for the first time a couple of days ago. The place is attractive and comfortable, and the employees are pleasant. I'm not a fan of waiting for your name to be called to get your order especially when the sound system doesn't allow you to hear the person clearly. The grilled chicken sandwich was so-so. It seemed to have been dipped in honey mustard sauce which made it kind of soggy. If we stop in again, I'll know to ask for the sauce on the side. At least it was real chicken. Overall, the food was fine but I'm in no hurry to return. A grilled chicken sandwich and a drink was over $7, which I found a little on the high side. read more

I really like the food here. I try to stay away from "fast food" for health reasons and cost. For fast food, theirs is a good quality. The salads are very filling and not the typical fare. I also like the chicken sandwiches. The sauces are excellent. I do love the zucchini fries for a special treat, but they are hit and miss. The last 2 times they were so greasy and kind of balled up and the breaking was falling off. That's my queue to order something different next time read more

Today was my first visit to PDQ, and likely my last. The food is okay. After all, It's just chicken, folks. Not many choices. However, the place was extremely crowded and very noisy and half the time I couldn't hear what the cashier was saying. She also wasn't very friendly. Did I mention there are only two? That's right; this extremely busy place only has the capacity for a total of two cashiers and part of the time there was only one at a register. The food is a little pricey. The drive through was backed up around the building to the point that parked cars couldn't back out of theirs spaces. Maybe this is part of new restaurant bugs to work out. I'm not sure, but without some improvement I fear this place won't last. read more

my favorite fast food restaurant by far. the tender are sooo good especially with honey mustard. not a big fan of the fries, the tater tots are better. they have good kids meals with a good portion size. just a bit expensive but other than that i absolutely love it! read more

Not sure what all the hype is. Used the drive thru and whoever designed it did a terrible job. It's nearly impossible to get a large truck through without scraping the tires and rims. I can also see how the lot gets backed up due to the way they've organized the drive thru and parking lot. We were behind only one car and it still took 25 minutes to go through and get food. On our way out, the drive thru was backed up and spilling out of the parking lot and into the rest of the parking lot of the plaza it's in, with quite a few people having trouble getting out of their parking spot. Ordered the butter chicken sandwich and it was good, but was doused in the butter sauce they use. Ordered the zucchini fries for .99 extra and they were just a pile of greasy mush. It was nasty, could only eat a few, so that was a total waste. Also got chicken nuggets, which were just okay. Didn't think they had much flavor unless you used a dipping sauce. Got regular fries and those were also nasty. Not sure what's going on with the sides they serve, but won't be spending extra for anything again. Also got a Heath shake and it was basically a vanilla shake with a few flakes of what I assume was a Heath bar. Not good. Overall unimpressed, was too much of a hassle getting the food and the only thing we liked was the actual entree portion. read more

I like to think of this place as a more flavorful chick-fil-a. The staff is just as friendly! Lots of different options. If youre on a diet or simply prefer to eat healthy , you can substitute the bread bun for a lettuce wrap. Tastes so food and you don't feel guilty afterwards. Only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because if you want to substitute french fries for something healthier, there is an up charge. Most other places don't do that. Lots of different options for dipping sauces and if you fill out the very short survey on your receipt you'll get $2 off your next meal! read more

Loved this place when it first opened. Now they have changed their menu & not in a good way. Their former awesome roasted broccoli with garlic is now plain, tasteless, steamed broccoli. The chicken tenders used to be served with romaine lettuce which when wrapped around grilled tenders was a healthy, quick lunch. Now the tenders are served on paper in a basket & that is it. I went to PDQ about 2 months ago and had the thai peanut bowl. It is excellent. I've been back about 10 times since then. Always the same good flavor. Suggestion: get and extra peanut sauce or 2. Definitely enjoyed PDQ. I'm all about variety in fast casual dining these days and PDQ was great. The chicken was very good quality. My husband thought it was too bland but I think that's because they offer so many different sauces. I had the Thai Peanut bowl and it was super flavorful, so much so that I would probably ask for the sauce on the side next time. I also had the side of sweet potatoes. They were very good though I could do without the skins. My husband had the beans and rice and really enjoyed it. read more
