I rushed here during the middle of the night because I had unbearable pain in my cracked tooth! They jabbed me in the mouth, I was in severe pain and they said that's all they can do and that I need to see a dentist! I asked them if they can refer me because I was in agonizing pain. They said no and send me off with some antibiotics! read more

This hospital needs a review by its state liscencing accreditation organization now. This is by far the worst hospital I have ever been to. The staff basically in every department Ive had the misfortune of visiting lacked customer service, professional skills, knowledge of up to date medical standards, etc...Staff are down right rude. Thier compliance officers just give you an, " awwwe Im so sorry " when you report serious negligence by staff. Go to Riverbend hospital if you can. read more

I don't know how they can get worse but since quest lab has taken over it's a disaster. Accountability is absent and accurate communication of results has dropped precipitously. We sat for 20 min. in the empty waiting room for my son to be called only to find that the slip of paper folded and handed back to us by the person at the desk needed to have more information. When I returned to the desk with the additional information the person didn't seem to understand the typed and signed forms that stated the physician ordering the tests. He then said we would need to wait while he faxed forms and awaited reply. After my son had been fasting for now 16 hrs. In anticipation of the blood work we chose to leave rather than argue with the receptionist over what should be good customer service and patient protocol. If this was a single case I would think it was just a bad day but my employer has also had issues with quest delivering incorrect numbers on blood sugar. I will be looking for a different lab to use! read more

I'm definitely not a fan of getting my blood taken. I had to get some labs done and this was the closest location to my house. I always get nervous when going to new clinics and medical offices but everyone I interacted with was understanding and very friendly. I came in on a Friday morning at 8 and was the only one waiting for lab work to be done. I checked in and in a couple minutes was seen by a very friendly woman who made the whole process stress free. She kept my mind off of the needles and was very fast with her work. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes which was great. The waiting room itself is clean with warm colors that help relax you as opposed to some places that are cold and bright. If I need more lab work done I will definitely be coming back to this location. read more

It really should be possible to give a zero points on this scale. About a month ago I made an audiologist appointment. This morning Peace Health left a message (mostly unintelligible, giving no name of the caller, and no phone number to call back!) This is a message??????? When I had looked up the phone number and called back, I explained that I didn't know the name of the caller, didn't know what the request to call them was about, and that the caller had left no phone number. All the person on the phone said was "give me your birth date". No apology, explanation, or information was given. I said "No apology or explanation?" Again, the person did not answer with a single word! At that point I told her she is an arrogant, incompetent, rude bitch. She then said she "didn't need to talk to" me and slammed the phone. I don't see why with unemployment being so high Peace Health can't hire staff that is at least POLITE when they make a mistake. I called back and left a message with the head of the schedulers to call me back (I even was polite enough to leave my phone number and the reason for my call.) I'm not holding my breath for a call back, however. It will be a cold day in hell when I willingly use Peace Health's arrogant and incompetent services. I really urge anyone receiving the same incompetent and rude service from Peace Health to protest to Peace Health's management. read more

My visit was for the purpose of getting lab work done. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. The waiting area is comfortable. The wait time was reasonable. The staff member who took my blood was very gentle and able to quickly and painlessly complete the task. It was a positive experience. read more

This is for Quest Labs - I went in for a blood test and I was fasting. One of my tests was an A1C so it was obvious that I might have blood sugar issues. When I fainted they woudn't give me juice because it's against their policy. So, now I have to go back. I called and spoke to a supervisor, he assured me that I didn't need to fast for the A1C . So I arranged by day around that. He was wrong! I told him I did and he was sure I was wrong. Now I have to go back for a third time. Did he apologize? Nope! Just the worst! I got blood work done at Quest Labs on Hilyard street on Tuesday and by Friday, my doctor still hadn't been faxed the results. My doctor called Quest and was told that they had no record of my blood work. I tried calling Quest's customer service number but the menu options were limited and did not allow you to speak directly to a representative. Finally, I decided to WALK to Quest to deal with this in person. The employees I spoke to were rude and short, and all I was given was another customer service number (which I could not find listed anywhere on Quest's website). After waiting to speak with a representative for 10 minutes, I was finally connected. Turns out Quest had the wrong fax number for my doctor's office all along. Given my experience, I am extremely disappointed in Quest Labs. A patient shouldn't have to go to these lengths just to ensure his/her results will be sent to the correct place. Months ago, when I got blood work done at the Quest Labs in Safeway on Coburg road, I had no problem and my doctor received the results immediately. Not sure if the problem exists in all Quest Labs, but I definitely do not recommend the Hilyard location. read more

Quest Labs is pulling down Peacehealth. What was once personable, warm environment filled with delightfull people is long gone. The waiting area is virtually empty with a TV locked on a Quest Labs commercial stating how great the company is doing (greatness never needs to be stated and when stated usually points to the opposite). There were no staff for check it, instead was a tablet with a poorly functioning touch screen. I left immediately and went back to my Peace Health doctor refusing ANY & ALL medical labwork sent to a Quest facility. There are other more personal labs in the Eugene area with real people who are very qualified and not overwhelmed. Demand your right not to use Quest Labs. read more

You know your doctor is a fraud when even in dreams you want to die to escape the pain your body has become . They claim to have a pain protocol but after years of struggle with these people here , i am proof that they can fail to know what is in plain view . Even simple doctor knowledge the doctor will refuse if it does not feed his idea of who your are . Even in dreams all night trying to kill myself does not work . Only fear like the high diving board prevents me from actually remedying my pain with a very public suicide , but im working on it . My doctor knows how to be liked , it may be the only reason he is not already wiping the pink mist from his eyes . The only goal left to me is to make my blood from his hands not easily wash . Their protocol if it exists at all for pain is a miserable failure . This i have paid dearly to say with certainty .The act these people put on to get paid by our tax dollar needs evaluation . These people will write about you to each other in ways you will never read , you would never agree with , and its only natural for them to have more in common with each other than with you , the customer , the mark , the public blur , the suffering pain patient . read more
