Outstanding Ice cream.The flavors are incredible.The location is great for people Watching or walk around riverwalk with ice cream that is so delish.
Some of the best ice cream you can get, man. They ambiance is like an Apple Store but for ice cream. Tons of vegan and vegetarian options. The servers were super nice and were very vigilant to our allergies. The ice cream is so rich and they always have some really unique flavors. We'll definitely be coming back!
I have been buying the pint of the Salted Peanut Butter ice cream for a long time now. I just moved to Florida from California. Imagine my surprise when I randomly look up ice cream stores and Jeni's has an actual storefront!!!! Not only that but they have an amazing Hibiscus chili flavor that I've grown addicted to. PLEASSEEEE make this a permanent flavor and sell it in stores!!!! 10/10 I've been back three days in a row. Tomorrow will be my fourth. Amazing storefront with cute decor and cool servers! Cheers!
Great service at this location. I love the annual Ice Cream for Breakfast celebration. Tried some new flavors which might me my favorites here so far. The lavender had a great basil flavor, not overly sweet, felt like a grown up ice cream flavor. The Queen Charolette sponge back had black raspberry vibes for me. Really enjoyed the combination.
We were very excited to visit Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams because we don't have them where we live! We had only been once before, in another state, and remembered how great it was! THIS location was an even better experience, thanks to Mohammed! Mohammed was so friendly and made us feel welcome and he was eager to help us with sampling so we could choose the perfect ice cream for us. We loved the unique selection of ice creams (Brambleberry Crisp is the one I remembered from our Jeni's visit several years ago!) and each got two half-scoops so we could experience as much as possible! We each got the buttermilk waffle cone. I got the Brambleberry Crisp (again!) as well as the Maple-Soaked Pancakes ice cream! The textures of both were AMAZING with some crunch to the Brambleberry Crisp and PANCAKES in the Maple-Soaked Pancakes. The taste of the Maple-Soaked Pancakes was out-of-this-world and tasted like breakfast as an ice cream!!! I HIGHLY recommend this new flavor! Spouse got Goat Cheese with Red Cherries and also the classic flavor of Honey Vanilla Bean. Both spectacular! Lovely selection of stickers and other Jeni's merchandise. I just wish they had more of the small and medium tee-shirts (they only had one left of each but a great amount of the larger sizes) so that was a disappointment. Such a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and a very clean establishment! Loved that they had a water dish outside for doggie customers! Overall we had such a fun experience at Jeni's and were so blown away with the unique offerings they had for their ice cream! We can't wait to try Jeni's next time we are in an area that has one!
Wow! This is outstanding ice cream! I love ice cream and recently became gluten free and so thankful Jeni's has a big selection of GF flavors!! We came to this cute, clean location for a Yelp event to try their five fabulous Holiday flavors, 3 are GF. All 3 were delicious by me and my guests loved his! We even bought 6 pints to go, including Boozy Egg Nog! Service was outstanding. A very kind, attentive, mature lady behind the counter was very patient & helpful as we selected our flavors. Gluten free and ice cream lovers rejoice. This is your place!

Such unique combinations that are so delicious. The customer service is great. Don't forget to download their app. You get a free upgrade to a waffle cone! Score. Will be back for sure. What a great place to grab yummy ice cream on a hot summers day! The woman assisting us was super patient and gave samples happily. They have a good selection of dairy free and the flavors are diverse. I had a coffee one and banana pie - both great! Hooey butter cake is always a win and I tested a cherry goat cheese one that will be mine next time! I like the layout of the shop itself- they have some separate tables in a narrow area in the back with a blackboard for kids to draw on- so nice! We will be back! read more
This was our first time trying Jeni's and we were all impressed. I enjoy their split scoop approach and believe I created the perfect pairing with the very rich and delicious dark chocolate and refreshing green peppermint chip. You really could taste the quality. The fresh waffle cone was excellent as well -- not too sweet. My child got the double dough and it really did taste like stealing Tollhouse dough as a child. I'm looking forward to trying more flavors. I did sample the birthday cake and it was one I'd try a scoop of. Lastly, I really appreciated the inclusivity sign on the door. After a dinner date night, we wanted a sweet treat. We enjoyed our visit to Jeni's. I had their house coffee flavor which was delish. I had it in a waffle cone which tasted ok. I like that they have multiple unique flavors. Location is tricky. Parking is horrible and expensive because it's near armature works. It's one of those places Id go to only if I plan to be in the area. read more

Jenis has their ice cream profile down. It is always perfectly creamy and holds structure well. It doesn't melt super fast, and the flavors taste exactly what they sound like. We got the bramble berry crips and Texas sheet cake. The bramble berry is a fan favorite with little crisps and berries in the ice cream. The texas sheetcake is the best dairy free icecream ever. It has coconut milk instead but it works so well with the chocolate. The chocolate is delicious and I have no idea how they keep the chocolate tasting so good dairy free. They servers are always so nice too! The shop itself has an environment of an old time ice cream shop mixed with pop culture of fun bright colors. read more

Super cute area and jenis fits right in. Such a huge assortment of interesting flavors. They do 1/2 scoops so you don't feel so overwhelmed and can try more things. I got the holiday cookie swap with 7 layer bar, lemon crinkle, and gingerbread molasses in a waffle bowl. Totally delish. My bf got salted peanut butter chocolate sprinkle. Very delicious, rich flavors. The establishment is super cute and convenient if visiting Armature Works. They make fresh waffle cones and waffle bowls. As soon as I walked in the aroma of waffle being made just sold the deal for me to have a yummy cone. The employees were kind and patient, even provide free samples for me to try. I highly recommend coming here for a flavorful scoop of delicious ice cream! They have multiple locations in Tampa Bay! I was immediately greeted and I received suggestions on what were the popular flavors. I decided to get the Dough dough and a fresh made waffle cone and it was delicious. I have been to this location of Jeni's sooo many times since they've opened! It's my favorite. As a huge fan of Jeni's Ice Cream in general, and someone who constantly buys the pints from Publix to get my Jeni's fix, nothing beats going in to the store and getting a cone with my favorite flavors (gooey butter cake and brambleberry crisp). Always love coming to Jeni's! This location has a few outdoor seats and seating inside. They had the usual fun flavors and added in holiday flavors for the season. It was wonderful to try this Yelp Elite opportunity at Jeni's. The girls at the counter were nice and knowledgeable and knew we were coming for our free scoops. The inside appeared very clean and the decor was very well done giving the establishment a cozy, comfortable feeling to it. This place gives nothing but beautiful memories from the time you walk into the place. They had one in Virginia so when I heard it's here in Tampa? I ran. I loved their unique flavors and the best part? You get to try as much as you want! Their pricing are also super fair and decent. I always go for the brambleberry crisp and wild berry lavender! Tried the new strawberry shortcake parfait and was pleasantly surprised. It was such a tasty treat and honestly perfect for a warm summer night. It was a whopping $8 but honestly feeds 2-3 people easily. It's super light and has all the right textures and flavors. Absolutely delicious, I would order this again! HOLY MOLY!!! This ice cream is so freakin' good, some might even say it is splendid! My wife had just had Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream about a month ago while on a trip to Nashville. She loved it so much that she looked it up and low and behold she discovered this location in Tampa, FL. So we made a little Tampa day trip and this place was on our list of stops. This location looks very nice and gives fresh vibes. The person who was working behind the counter was very friendly and offered tons of samples. I had one sample of the Buttercream Birthday Cake and loved it. After that sample, I just went on a whim and ordered other flavors based on how good it was. I went with the Signature Three Flavors ($7) and for my flavors, I went with Buttercream Birthday Cake, Darkest Chocolate, and Honey Vanilla Bean. I thought these three flavors worked well together. All of their Ice Cream just has such a wonderful taste and you can taste all the ingredients. I can not wait to be back in the area to grab some more Jeni's! read more
