My advice for the business is to train your employees to have some taking the orders and others checking people in. Even if you are short staffed, having one person doing the check-out and one person checking people in would help organize the entire process. Stop prioritizing coffee samples and work on checking people in to complete their sleeve orders so it's not a guessing game of who walked in first.
