A friend and I opted to go during the week and try the tasting menu called the Temaki Takeover. It is an option to try several items at a cost of $79 per person. With this offer you are required to sit at the bar, the max dining time is 90 minutes and you are limited to ordering 3 items at a time. Our server was friendly and provided great insight into the menu. We tried 4 of the 6 starters. I enjoyed all of them . We had 6 of the items from the Temaki bar section of the menu. The one that we did not try was American wagyu since we don't eat red meat. The crispy spicy tuna was my favorite. I will not bore you with our entire order . However . I will say that there were more hits than misses and we tried the majority of the menu. In addition to trying the food items I also ordered a matcha that was perfection!! Overall - great experience. Since my first visit, I did return to try the bakery section. It did not disappoint! The Hazelnut Chocolate Croissant is worth trying !

Since I was seated at the bar, the chef was able to prepare everything almost immediately after I ordered. The food was definitely worth the bite! However, I did feel a little rushed. I'm not sure if it was because reservations were coming in, but I tend to eat a little slower and really enjoy the experience. With such a beautiful ambiance, I wanted to take my time, try one of the pastries, and perhaps enjoy one of the recommended drinks. Unfortunately, the vibe started to feel more like "to-go," so I wrapped things up. Overall, the food was delicious, and I'd definitely be open to returning.
