I came in for a regular checkup. Peach Dental said I needed something to the tune of a dozen fillings and made it seem like my teeth were in shambles. I know I keep good dental hygiene so decided to get a second opinion at another dental practice. They gave me a detailed rundown of my dental condition, said my teeth were fine. I got two fillings done at that practice. I had already cut ties with Peach Dental at this point, but an insurance mix-up took me back to the Peach Dental dental chair. I came in for a regular cleaning, and this time they said my gums were falling apart and that I needed a deep cleaning, which they could begin that same day for a few hundred dollars out of pocket. I went home and checked my insurance policy (DeltaCare USA), which clearly stated that a deep cleaning, even if I needed one, should have been 100% covered. Immediately booked an appointment with a different dentist at another practice whose hygienist said my gums looked great and was confused as to why I'd been told I needed a deep cleaning. Peach Dental, I don't know if you're intentionally recommending unnecessary work to pad the bill, but two for two feels like more than a coincidence. read more

I haven't taken very good health of my teeth and each dentist I went to made me feel even worse for not doing just that. Then I went to Peach Dental and they didn't make me feel bad about my teeth and that why I went back and they have been helping me fix my teeth but this last time I went they made me feel how I felt at the other dentist offices and I have had good experiences with them and I will go back one more time but if it's not a good experience I will not be returning. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because of the receptionist and the person who did my deep cleaning. I understand my teeth are bad but you dont need to make me feel worse about it then I already do. read more

If I would give a zero star if I could. This dental office is dishonest and always upsale trick the patients. My family and I were the victims of this office. It provided the extra treatment that a patient without clearly informed the patients then it was surprised you with extra cost out from your own pocket. They also drag and make you come to extra visit so it could charge you for additional treatment. would never come back or recommend any one. I would say we have been coming here for over a year. I was pregnant the first round and the first year. They were VERY patient with me being pregnant. The deep cleaning that time around was difficult. Speaking forward at 2026 - my deep cleaning was incredible. She was very knowledgeable, calmed all my nerves and I honestly would want her to do all the work on my mouth. Very dishonest service and false fee to customer. Was told I need deep cleaning and was not covered by my insurance. I paid out of pocket but then checked with my insurance company afterwards to confirm. Indeed my insurance co. advised I am covered for this service. I asked Peach Dental for a refund but was refused. Instead my insurance company reimbursed me directly after I made a formal protest claim. I asked Peach Dental to obtain a pre-approval from my insurance to complete the 2nd phase of the cleaning. They refused and instead told me to find another dentist. Had my first appt at a dentist in over a year (I know terrible) but I get anxiety every time I go and today was no different but I knew I had to go and let me tell you, the experience was absolutely worth it! I arrived with my son, we were seen immediately and the staff and dentist were absolutely amazing and beyond friendly! I have some work that needs to be done so I'll be back in a couple of days but the experience went so smoothly, I'm not even worried about it. Crooks, the manager even told me they don't get enough from DeltaCare USA so they claim things in a procedure individually. A deep cleaning is supposed to be covered but they used a code D9610 but actually only rubbed numbing gel on my gums X4 $395 ! Not only that the whole thing only took less than 20 minutes, a deep cleaning in only 20 minutes with only numbing gel and charge $395. Said I needed a crown replaced and then recommended an upgraded crown. Used a couple other not covered codes and charged $1000. If they don't like what delta pays them then dont join. But they are crooks and plan on cheating the system hoping you never come in and when you do they cheat the system with codes not covered and charge you. Then they never submit the work they did to Delta so they don't see what they're doing. I filed a complaint with Delta and got reimbursed the $1395 read more

One of my best experiences when it comes to doing check ups and cleanings. While some may dread the dentist, I never feel nervous on the days I'm scheduled to come in. updating my review because the honesty of it was diluted with their giveaway they were promoting for ratings, did anyone ever win that anyways or was it a gimmick like the rest of the services i've received here for profit ? The office is OK for simple stuff, the attitude of the company culture is profit over people. i travel out of the country often, and had explained many times over phone to the receptionist trying to book me for cleaning that it's really hard for me to make multiple trips as im very busy and i need to talk to the orthodontist again gipped me for a cleaning when i need some dang invisialign - only to find out at the end of the appointment the ortho would be in next week - i cannot take off next week again it's too close in advance as i need 2 weeks to request off :,\ training opportunity for employees: i attached the text messages for other customers to be aware that the employees will not take a proactive approach to inform you that their ortho is only in once a month. i would have never known that on my own ?? what happened is that the incorrect expectations were being set in turn my appointment and time not being made the most of and the customer feeling "lied to" i hope this is a learning experience for the customers and the company to be better, i can imagine there are many others who have no other dental options than here. thank you read more
