The owner smiled month after month saying, oh I'm looking for a replacement stone, oh I sent it to a third party, oh they're sending it back to me, give me a week and I'll call you. We spent so many visits and phone calls begging this man for 11.5 MONTHS, who then blamed us for giving him a cheap ring, blamed other St. Joe jewlers for ruining the ring, blamed the third party for losing it. Not until we threatened to take legal action did he find the ring, which he returned unrepaired. What did he do for the whole time? I know I cried thinking he lost my wedding ring! I wish I read the other reviews before or since we went here. Be cautious working with this store.
