    Bedroom with two queen beds

This was our first time staying at this Wyndham resort. It is conveniently located near Disneyland. The unit was not very big due to its location and it didn't have a kitchen with a cooktop. There's a mini fridge and a microwave; and it also came with plates and silverware. Although the unit was somewhat small, it was still quite comfortable and nicely decorated. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby staff is very friendly and they do try to make your stay more pleasant by doing extra little things like providing drinks and snacks and fruits. There's also a small pool and a couple of jacuzzi's. Valet parking is very well run and efficient. Overall it's a nice little resort.

We stayed here due to a presentation we were less then excited. However, the room we stayed in was nice. Nothing spectacular, but it had ok amenities. The room had a small living area with a couch, small dining table, tv and kitchenette. The bedroom was nice and a fairly good size bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the small refrigerator worked well. The staff was super friendly and helpful ( there are cookies in the reception area) . They have a pool and game area too. It was very close to Disney and convenient to the highway. Plenty of restaurants and stores too. The only thing I would say they need to work on is Cleaning nothing major but there was a layer of dust on the tops of the boards that were above the windows lamps were dusty little things like that they could use a good swiffer. All in all we had a very nice time there and would go back.

If you're in the Anaheim area and need a place to stay, there are a lot of choices. We picked the Peacock Suites because we have a timeshare. The property is nice, the rooms aren't huge but spacious enough to be comfortable. The parking is an issue - the valets park in odd places to fit everyone staying there. But they do successfully do so! Staff is nice enough, but expect to be asked to listen to one of their timeshare presentations. The place is clean. They don't service your room during your stay, but they will bring extra towels etc when you ask. They will also take the trash if you ask. Overall an okay place to stay.

I have never been in a hotel that has absolutely ZERO counter space in the bathroom! We have 4 people and not even one person can put their toothbrush down . I tried to move the huge containers of hand soap and body lotion to make more room and they are cemented down!! Very poorly planned. The 'kitchenette' area is nice. However, there is no sink! Have to go to the very poorly planned bathroom that has no counter space to fill the coffee pot and then, after using the dishes, there is no place to rinse so they can be used again!! We have 4 of every utensil, no extras, so we have to carry our dishes to the tiny bathroom sink to try and clean them. Our view out of our window is nasty. The pull out bed has the thinnest of mattresses. Every supporting cross bar can be felt through it. All that being said, the staff in the reception area is very kind and efficient. My gripe is with whomever designed these spaces. My suggestion to Wyndham and Shell is: Don't put any guests in this room and then expect them to come for an hour appointment for you to try to sell this timeshare. You'd be digging your own grave!

This place is always awesome. It's my moms time share, idk how it goes to actually reserve a room Without the timeshare. The front desk staff is always so nice and helpful. However disclaimer, there seems to be only one employee working valet who can park a stick shift. They have a pool and 2 hot tubs and a sun roof and area on the 4th floor with TVs and grills. It's 7 minutes driving distance from Disneyland and downtown Disney and 1 hour away from LEGOLAND (without traffic) it took us an hour 45 to get there because the last 15 miles took 50 minutes There's a recreation center behind the lobby with a pool table and foosball table. The beds are comfy and the staff makes sure you have everything you need.

The rooms have Laminate flooring not carpet which is nice but this flooring offers no soundproofing. I hope the hotel will consider upgrading this or at minimum install floating laminate flooring with the sound barrier. Stayed in a room with a King bed and the room had adjoining door for larger families. The Adjoining door offered no soundproofing from the infant and toddlers screaming and crying past 11pm and before 4 Am. We completely understand kids will be kids but for those inconsiderate Parents, if the room was a bit more soundproofed we would have stayed the rest of our reservation. We left 1 day, night early because of this and to drive home to get some sleep. I wouldn't stay again for this reason after spending 12 hours in the Parks to come back and be unable to relax for the next day. Close to parks, 15 min walk, restaurant great, staff great but the adjoining door killed it for us. There were a few more housekeeping issues noticed when we checked in but we understand that its a quick turnover with guests arriving and leaving. Note: please check the Keurig in room coffee service as I did try to make a quick cup before we left our stay early and there were black mold spores lining the bottom inside. For health reasons

First off the location is great for the parks, it's a doable walk when your feet are still fresh but if you're too tired they have their cute little trolley that drops you off and picks you up from the parks once an hour. It's a very quiet hotel, i've never had any noise issues staying there. The rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfy. Another plus is the A/C's always work great and since they renovated they're in the ceiling so it cools a lot more evenly. They've got a pool and hot tub plus a small wading pool for the little tykes! They've really stepped up their continental breakfast as well. Lots of choices and great things to grab for snacks later inside the park. The staff is always phenomenal and friendly. From front desk, to maids, to groundskeepers and security guards everyone smiles and greets you when walking by. We like a specific area of the hotel and they almost always honor that and are very personable. The price is pretty comparable to other ones in the surrounding area when you factor in parking fees for them. My family is usually willing to pay a little extra for that Candy Cane Inn charm. More affordable than any Disney branded hotel but still that great Disney level customer service.

We used this as our base for Aneheim - Disneyland, California Adventure and Knott's Berry Farm. Paid using our 12,000 points per night, and needed to pay for the $40/night for parking. While we tried the Toy Story parking and shuttle, the security line was really long at the time we went, and would've been way more convenient to just walk straight down to the parks. We also loved being near the very yummy Chubby Dumplings - just wished it was open later so I could've enjoyed it on my Disney days! I also used the CVS for last minute Disney items we forgot and Starbucks for a birthday drink nearby (otherwise, would've been perfectly happy with the complimentary coffee breakfast!).
